Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered mine to the incorrect address. A simple email sent and I was in touch with a human and my issue was solved. I have yet to receive my Buttbuffer in the mail. But if the product is as great as the customer service, I’m sure I’ll be more than happy.

Tried several options before this, and after just a short ride, I can confidently say that I finally found the product I was looking for all these years!
I purchased the Pebble Butt Buffer in large size for my 2023 Harley Road Glide Limited. I’m using a Saddlemen Road Sofa extended reach seat, which hasn’t completely broken in and feels hard to me. Adding this pad on top of my seat is a game changer that has allowed me to ride around 200 miles in a day in great comfort. I highly recommend Butt Buffer products to anyone looking to enhance their comfort while riding.
In addition, the quality and workmanship of the products seem to be very high and customer service that Pete and his team extend are beyond excellent. Thanks for a great shopping experience and keep up the great work!!

Was doubtful at first
Was doubtful at first, seen many cushions and people said they kinda worked for a little while. I am from south Louisiana and rode to Daytona, for biketober fest (747) miles, and was extremely satisfied. No hotspots !!!! And made riding much more comfortable in the saddle. Greatly recommend ‼️‼️

Fast delivery
Already had "seat pad" that helped but I was looking for something better. After doing the usual google search I came across this Butt Buffer. Read a lot of positive reviews and watched a few video reviews and decided to give this a try. Shipping was quick. After receiving my order (I ordered one for my motorcycle and the one for my wife's Can-Am spyder..) Very pleased with the packaging. Inspected the buffer pads and they appear to be of a high quality. Threw mine on the bike and sat on it and I thought I heard my butt say aahh. Unfortunately it's late October in northern New York, and I don't meal Albany, I mean only 30 miles from the Canadian border. The bikes are put away till spring so I can't give any "field test" report yet but am really looking forward to using this pad.

FYI, they aren't limited to bikes. You can use them in your car or truck. Even a snowmobile.

2nd Butt Buffer
This is the 2nd butt buffer I have purchased. Both times the seat has provided the comfort I need for traveling. The first one stayed with the bike I sold, and the second was a smaller unit on a Sportster.

Definitely can tell it helps. 80 mile ride yesterday was comfortable with use of Butt Buffer on the stock seat of my 2020 Streetglide. Normally I would have felt seat pressure within 50 miles in that seat. Looking forward to push it on a longer ride next time.

You ordered a small. If you received something other than that, we'll gladly exchange it for you. We do occasionally make a mistake.
I can guarantee you, you did not receive a memory foam product. I'm not even sure how our polymer could be confused for foam.

Correct cover attachment
At age 71, and driving a 24-year-old motorcycle, I was able to do a 7-hour ride without much discomfort. Before the butt buffer about 3 hours was my limit. My only confusion was how to attach the butt buffer to my seat. The two large elastic straps went right across my seat latch. I was able to work something out, but it was trial and error. Also the curved pieces of plastic and snap latch came without explanation. Perhaps a 'best way to attach' pamphlet showing the optional ways to attach the seat cover would be helpful.

Thanks for your feedback.
The plastic clips are designed to fit under the lip of the seat. They work on most metric bikes. The quick disconnect can be used instead of the clips if the seat pan doesn't have a satisfactory attaching point.
