Good and reliable

Used it yesterday to buy a ticket. Didn't need to print it. There are more carriers that do not need a printed ticket anymore. I have been using their services for years now and have only good words about the customer support they provide. Good and reliable.

Do not waste your time with these…

Do not waste your time with these people. You pay for your ticket online and only then do they tell you that you need to print the ticket out. Who carries a printer in their rucksack when they're travelling?!?!

Excellent, Safe, Prompt and No Issues. Highly recommend

Based on previous reviews, we were very sceptical and somewhat anxious of the coach services and route. However, to our pleasant surprise, we had no issues and the journey was smooth, prompt, comfortable and quite easy. Our tickets were €32 each on BusTicket4 site, for Centrotrans Coach, for an overnight coach transfer from Tivat, Montenegro to Sarajevo, Bosnia. I would highly recommend the service, based on my excellent experience. As British tourists, the coach service was very similar to the National Express. The Tivat coach station was clean, air-conditioned and comfortable. The staff at coach station were very helpful and kind. The man informed me that the coach would leave 15 minutes early, so we had ample time and communication. In addition to this, the coach drivers were helpful. They charged €1 per bag stored in the coach hold. Given we departed from Tivat, I recall there were three additional stops (Budva and some others) in Montenegro, before the journey into Sarajevo, Bosnia. The driver was cautious, drove extremely well and we encountered no issues. He made a bathroom stop before passing the border into Bosnia.

Need to be careful

This is not a bus company! It seems their schedule is reliable, but you may face problems when entering the bus. A. Driver asks for a printed version of a ticket (sorry I am tourist, I have no printer in my pocket). B. Actually there were no seats available on my route, despite I paid for the seat. PS. I traveled inside Montenegro. At least here drivers recognize tickets issued by busticket4me

This website is a total scam

This website is a total scam. I tried to book 3 tickets from Podgorica to Tirana. First time it said transaction declined. I tried again and it said transaction failed aswell. I checked my emails and didn't recieve any tickets. Today I looked in my bank account and both transactions were booked of my balance. They scammed me out of 130€ and are not responding to my emails.

Avoid it. Prices are misleading

Avoid it! Doesn't make sense to buy a ticket here, it's always cheaper in the bus station and there's always room. The prices they advertise are not true, otherwise known as false advertising, you'll end up paying 2 euro or more in the bus station because you can't use that ticket directly, you'll still have to go through the station either way. On their website they don't comply with standards of displaying that this is not a real ticket, this is just a partial ticket, the real ticket is givn in the bus station, and you have to pay for it.

Admittedly, there are stations where the fees are included in the price of a ticket purchased online, but most stations require that fees be paid directly to them, at the counter.

They mislead people saying that there…

They mislead people saying that there are just a few tickets available for tou to rush and buy right aeay. You can buy cheaper at bus station! There are a lot of availability as nobody really want to go to those countries they operate. They are not very supportive with customers. I had a big issue with a bus company and they are saying that they dont have anything to do with it as they only sell tickets. They dont provide complete information and this is crucial when visiting an odd country with other language and rude people.
