Business Flight Shop Omdömen

Sara was super helpful great service all around

The agent we dealt with ( Jane) was polite and efficient. We used Business Flight Shop to book the actual flight and saved a little although it seems we could select our seats cheaper by dealing with BA directly . Surprising but true.

BUSINESS CLASS FLIGHTS FROM LONDON TO BRISBANE VIA SHANGHAI.
Date of experience: 22 & 23 October 2025.

Jerin and Sara were professional, helpful and extremely patient.
Jerin was my first point of contact and went out of his way to find and secure high class flights for my husband and myself at a low price.
I would not hesitate to contact this company again for future flights.
Kind Regards
Elizabeth Beattie

It was a great pleasure to have booking with business shop.
Thanks Jane for helping with options and also the booking on time .
Your patience has helped a lot to streamline.
Keep it going..!
Really appreciate your discussion statergy which was simple and precise.

Roy was very helpful finding me the best flights very happy with the service!

It was a little difficult to understand what the lady was saying but after asking her to slow down it became easier. She was able to find exactly what I was after and when I had to ring back to clarify a couple of points she was not available, but the man who answered my phone call seamlessly answered my queries. I am pleased with my purchase but a little disappointed that I found the same flight slightly cheaper with another website.

gently sceptical first, but my agent Sara proved me wrong. She was extremely polite and professional. Provided me with two options for my journey. Brief cross check with Internet showed she saved me at least 25% of cost and probably three hours of my life. After confirmation and payment, I received booking reference. In about two hours, I use it to login into airline to manage my booking. About an hour later, I receive e-ticket from Sara and another courtesy call from her. All was good, and I will definitely use the service again.

Requested a callback to check prices and dates, Sara was very prompt with her response. Very helpful and professional. Prices competitive, would definitely recommend.

Communication is excellent and when Henry says he will send something or contact me, he not failed to do so yet.
We have still to fly to Australia, but I’m sure all will be fine.
Henry even booked the seats that I wanted for both the outgoing and return journey as I was having problems getting onto the airline website.

Sara's levels of service in assisting with our flights to Sydney were exemplary. She was extremely patient and helped by providing us with various detailed options and achieved great prices for us. Thank you very much Sara!

I would have no reservations in recommending the Business Flight Shop for travel planning and would certainly use them again.

I had a great experience booking long haul flights with Mark (and Rose). I am used to do my own bookings, but due to time constraints and in despair, I happened to come across this company. Sooo glad I did !!
For me, from now on - Business Flight Shop. They couldn‘t have done more for me. Mark answered „a million questions“; he is not only experienced, also patient, knowledgeable and only a phone call away.
Highly recommend this company !

As always Edi takes his time to find you the best flight and meets all your requirements. He keeps checking until he finds one that you are happy with! I always use Business Flight Shop to book all my flights! Edi is the best!

Kate was very patient

We have used The Business Flight Shop for long haul flights for a number of years now, and have always found them to be friendly efficient and very competitive. We would have no reservations recommending them, and will definitely be using them again.
Special thanks to Edi, for being so prompt and patience.

The team is professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any questions or special requests. A special mention goes to Edi, who is reliable, approachable, and always timely with his support. His dedication and customer-first approach truly stand out. Overall, the experience stress-free, efficient, and highly dependable. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy travel services.

Very helpful and easy to book tickets.

I had a great experience in booking flights online with Edi.

I have to say that I'm usually over for booking myself but when I needed to book a good value trip to Australia, I realised that an agent may have access to better routes than me. I should also say that I've had a previous bad experience with an online company who sold me a ticket then tried to charge me another £800 each.

I contacted the company using the WhatsApp link and got chatting to Edi. He was patient and helpful and was able to find me a good deal. We agreed on flights and they were booked but Edi even took the time to message me the following day as he had an alternative for me to consider. Is definitely use this company in future!

Edi was quick to help and sorted out a great flight deal. Recommend his service without reservation!

Very helpful and great service provided
