First time.
This was the first time we had dealt with Business Class International.
Jack Pembroke was amazing, we first contacted him in September 18, we discussed our requirements and the flights were not available, he said it would probably be in the new year and he would get back to us when they were. True to his word not having been in touch in the meantime he came back to us, matched our requirements exactly and within 2 days we were booked. We are totally happy and cannot thank BCI and Jack enough. Also when we rang whoever answered they were equally polite and helpful.
We would totally recommend and use again BCI. Thank you.

I am writing this review from the business lounge in Sydney,after booking this business class flight with B.C.I
i have to say there has been NO problems with my booking(flying with Qatar)dealt with a gentleman called Stephen Langton,who after giving me some advice,and me doing some homework,I got a cracking deal to Sydney via Doha.for the same price I paid,I could have got premium economy with BA.i would like to think this not a one off,and will certainly use the services of B.C.I again.

Faultless service from Steve
Faultless service from Steve. As our dates were flexible we requested Steve to find us the "best value deal" which he did. The flights met our needs and our budget. We will definitely be using Steve's services again and we would have no hesitation in recommending Business Class International.

Business International - Richard Theodorou
Richard Theodorou undertook my telephone booking for a trip to South Aftica in February. Having explained that I suffer from an autoimmune disease which affects my energy/anxiety he worked endlessly to obtain flights which would make my journey as easy as possible. As I also needed a connecting flight to the UK RIchard contacted me with numerous options and never kept me hanging on the other end of the phone.
Flights were booked and confirmation emailed forthwith.
Its the first time Ive used Business International and was very impressed with Richard, his pleasant manner, and the time he spent on my booking.

Proffessional service that can save you money.
Cannot thank Jack enough. He was professional, friendly and thorough. There was no hanging on or calling back. He answered all my questions and quickly found the perfect flights for my husband and I to Australia.
I usually book the flights direct, but I will certainly use Business Class International again. Not only great service they saved me money too. Win, win
