facebook is biggest scammer people can't even realised that when they fall into a trap. new creators and small business owners are investing money in facebook to grow their business but facebook give them silly reasons and restricted their pages without any reason. The Facebook support team itself can not explain.

Worst service I've ever had from any advertising platform in over 20 years in marketing.

High minded companies like FB are dangerous, they think they are justified in treating business customers like garbage in the name of their nonsense abstract values. Its especially bad when they have a monopoly and its probably not legal.

For example I am advertising a job and Facebook says I have to advertise the job to 18 to 65+ and a 17km radius because they are the overlords of morality. The UK apprentice scheme is only available for 16 to 24 yr olds so you obviously think you know better than the British Government, and some of the towns within a 17km radius to me are separated by 3 miles of water. Total stupidity.

Any reasonable company would also speak to you, but its 3 replies and account blocked forever and no one will speak to you.

Other accounts I've had problems with: 1 permanently banned for no reason, 1 account repeatedly banned in error and re-instated after a delay which causes client to leave, 1 account disabled immediately at the start and requested endless identity documents from the client which caused them to leave.

Also only allowed two business accounts. I have 20 Google Ads clients what use is 2 business accounts, do you not want the advertising revenue.

Facebook keeps allowing cosmetic surgery eyelash lips & women stuff to be advertised on my newsfeed despite my attempts to block & Change my newsfeed settings

Business account and page got hacked. Reported several times and it is still not resolved completely after a month. Super disappointed on your team, this is not the standard anyone would expect.

It states that we can only verify our business if we have a Chinese Bank Account but I have the actual URL that I was directed too when I wanted to verify my business so if someone from head of of Facebook could contact me that would be great!

Just so we could look at that URL and see what the problem is around here???

Honestly where do I begin. I'm speaking to robots or someone who doesn't understand how Facebook works.

All i wanted was to connect an instagram to a facebook page - 45 mins later and Im still telling them what the logins for instagram are.

Facebook support is terrible. We run numerous ads for our clients and on this 1 and only occasion of contacting Facebook support we were met with very poor responses. From them receiving a screen recording, to repeating themselves about an issue that didn't exist and ignoring numerous questions. Overall very bad, they are lucky to get 1 star.

so let me call them money stolers , i pay for my ads and then after one minute they ask me to pay money for nothing ! how bad they are

We run business ads for lead generation for real estate companies in Dubai, each campaign is time sensitive to a couple of weeks maximum before the project is sold out. Lately Facebook bots randomly decide to disable our accounts, no explanation given! When we request a review it takes 2-5 days for them to respond - by the time the competitors have gained an advantage.
Everytime we change anything on the ad-set again the ads get disabled.
Facebook staff has apologised on call saying that the bots have done this in error and the support staff is spread thin due to Covid.
It has become really frustrating to work with Facebook Business.
Our business has suffered already due to the pandemic and now Facebook Bots will definitely kill it.

I was under the impression Facebook was a social media platform that allows users to share ideas and opinions. Unfortunately if you're pro Trump your posts and groups will be taken down. That's nothing but bias

Shame on you and your customer service. It's not only the worst, but basically it doesn't even exists.
