Never before have I used a tool so completely useless, buggy, pure sh**. Support needed? Good luck. No bills created for ads? Don't care!

Don't use it if you don't 100% need to.

One would think they want to earn money but these ******* do everything to make it as hard as possible to do so.

For all practical purposes, Meta Business (Facebook) has no support available. No chat. No email. No phone number. When you submit a support request in their business forms, you get no case ID, no confirmation message, and no email. Meta is the most horrible business I've ever encountered.

Be aware when you are planning on advertising through Meta! 99% of the hits where bots that will cap your daily limit.

why? competitors will do this to you so your ad will reach its daily limit so your ad will be removed and theres will be shown.

Do you think Meta will help you.... NO ofcourse not unless you are spending millions on ads, Meta does not care about small businesses.

Serata stupenda alla Palazzina di caccia del Castello di Stupinigi, splendida locazione. Ma, soprattutto 3 violinisti e un violoncello meravigliosi che ci hanno fatto trascorrere una stupenda serata. Da ripetere, spero!! Grazie a loro e a tutti !!!

I got hacked in december I have sent email after email to facebook with no reply Had friends report my old profile. According to Facebook, it does not go against the policies. I have had friends who have lost money because of scams It has really affected my health. Facebook should be ashamed of themselves

Truly appalling. Difficult to use. Impossible to get useful help. A confusing shambles to try and run.

If I could give -5 I would. I've had a personal account for over 10 years and created a business account from that profile a few years ago. Recently, I recieved notifications that my personal account was in violation of Facebook's policy and I will need to verify my identity or my account will be disabled. This was odd as there was no link to the specific post in question. Furthermore, why would I need to verify my identity? Lastly, the notification seemed to be from another account. My account is now disabled but my business account is still active. However, I am unable to access that account or make changes given how the account was created. I've spent hours trying to get assistance but there's no direct or live customer service reps available. Instead they have articles for various issues but, none for this problem exists. As a result, I initiated a Google search for a contact number which led me to someone who wanted to remotely access my phone to install software under the pretence of checking for bugs. I also found a way to submit a dispute which resulted in zero response. Lastly, I have searched on you tube and found that a newsroom did a story on someone who encountered the same issue. They were also unsuccessful in making contact or receiving information for that individual. At that point I lost hope, especially since at that point I have spent hours, days, and weeks trying to get to a resolution. How is this type of operation even possible? But, I hope Facebook/Meta will improve this basic expectation in its business. Now, I have to accept the fact that I need move on from Facebook, knowing that my business will forever be affected unless I start all over by creating a new account and updating all other accounts and website after having built a reputation over five years.

If i could give them a no star i would i was advertising my business on there but then i was told one of my photos went against there rules so when i put an appeal in they said it was the new AI that not let me use it but then when they seen it they said it was ok but now they have permanently band from advertising and theres nothing i can do what a load of fu@@ing wa@@kers now days all about getting money out of you all the time fu@@king new Meta is shi@

I'm at my wits end, I have accessed the tool drop down and my appointments have disappeared, I have reported the problem twice now to no avail, I havnt even had anything back to say that the issue is being looked into. Really poor service looks like I may have to look for another appointment system 😕 shame really but it is no good for buisness.

I received an error from FB that my url is invalid and my app will therefore be blocked. My url is not invalid.

I've been searching for a way to contact support for 30 minutes. There is not a way to do this. I even checked Youtube guides to find my way through the interface, but the buttons to contact a human aren't there anymore.
Finally I try to submit a bug report but nothing happens when I press the send button. Surreal....

Trovare un'esperienza peggiore con l'assistenza clienti è difficile.
Bloccano senza motivi, veramente assurdo, l'assistenza non capisce neanche le domande più elementari.
Sono 15 anni che faccio pubblicità con Google e Facebook, anche Google ha seri problemi, ma Facebook è imbattibile per incapaci.

Every bad thing you could ever imagine when trying to advertise online youll find on facebook. So many bugs that their team cant handle them.

The website (business.facebook, meta and facebook) being unclaimed speaks volumes :-(

My business page was recently hacked, no idea how given two factor is enabled, but I am waiting for meta support to provide an update.

I have had to do all the hard work myself. Deleting users who shouldn't have access, removing content they posted and stopping an AD they had scheduled to run on my account. I cannot however return my business page NAME to its original state - because its been changed by the hackers within the last 60 days!

The business who advertised on my Facebook business page is bestchoice4us, but they unsurprisingly cannot be reached!

Long and short of it is that after 4 days my business page remains rebranded as another business name :-(

Efficient in delivery of data and transmission of calls

I have a friend with whom we were sharing a Meta Business ads account. He got hacked. The hacker took control of his account, where his payment methods and mine were related. I got stolen 400 € through PayPal, which PayPal fortunately refunded me this amount.

However, my VISA card is still connected to that account, and I keep having (failed) payments. I needed to block this credit card, otherwise I'd keep being stolen money.

Meta is not replying to my support request. I'm quite shocked by the fact they don't care about people getting their money stolen.

If you do Facebook Ads, be extremely careful. Only allow one account to make the billings, and one payment method.

Do not rely on Meta's support.

EDIT: I sent again 2 request. The support replied with automated messages:

"Thanks for contacting Meta.
It looks like you're not able to make any changes to the billing preferences or payment methods because you're not an ad account admin. Only an admin of the ad account can make changes to billing or payments settings.
If you're not an admin of a Business Manager associated with the ad account, you'll need to contact a current admin of the ad account to make the changes you're requesting."

That's so bad, because the admin has been hacked. Their support won't be helpful if you ever get your money stolen through Meta.

me hackearon mi cuenta de instagram y me bloquearon facebook... imposible recuperar o intentar recuperar.. toda mi información, paginas, actividad a la basura... felicidades Facebook por hacer un trabajo pésimo.....

Nur noch K.I. und automatisierte "Optimierungen". Absolute Schwachsinns-Optimierungen wie unpassende Musik, Filter oder Retuschieren. Wenn man selbst Texte eingibt, muss man inzwischen bis auf Placement Ebene gehen, weil das nicht von alleine aktualisiert wird, obwohl man die Texte auf Anzeigenebene in die Maske eingibt. Dadurch dürften zig Advertiser unpassende Werbung ausspielen, weil man das nicht direkt sieht.

Auch sieht man nicht, wenn Meta trotz Ausopten von Automatisierungen diese im Hintergrund wieder einstellt. Warum auch immer, aber jede Funktion im Ad Manager dient dazu, nicht das zu machen, was der Advertiser will. Der Support ist bei so vielen Unsinns-Funktionen und Kinderkrankheiten im Erwachsenenalter des Tools auch nicht mehr in der Lage, zu helfen.

Meta Business wird mit jedem Update schlechter.

Wanted to schedule reels, should be a really basic and easy hard to 🖕 up feature right?
well i guess not, because everytime (about 7 tries now i've tried to schedule a reel. and they just get deleted. Meta maybe give up that 💩 VR headseat and put some money and resources where your customers actually need it.
