These guys must think they are running a bank or something...they only take customer service calls from like 9-5 on Monday - Friday.. What kind of slack ____ company is this anyway? Unbelievable...as hard as people work in this country and as many hours as real Americans who drive trucks work and these powder puffs can't even take customer service calls on the weekends... I'll find someplace else to spend my hard earned money!!!!

I am absolutely disappointed in the quality and response from the company. To position yourself as a high quality product but in reality you send out second quality merchandise and will not respond to to issues at hand. If you are looking for quality stay away from Bushwacker. The fender flares were to be painted to match but the product came in with several area’s missing paint and they will not even respond to the complaint. What a huge mistake I made buying from this company.

Ordered an item for my 22 Bronco, installed one side correctly and noticed my door would not shut completely unless slammed hard. removed the item and was told by Realtruck I could not return them as they were installed. Spoke to Joe at Bushwacker and he said they have had some mold issues and Ford says the clearance with the door is to tight. And I should return them to Realtruck after I explained they would not because I installed one side... stuck with their junk I guess Buyer Beware! Isnt bushwaker a realtruck company???

Horrible customer service. Purchased a new custom Ford F-250 that had Bushwacker fender flares on it. They now have 2 places they are cracked. I’ve reached out to customer service and they say it’s not there problem, call the dealer. I will be buying another brand!

If I could give zero stars I would. They did not ship all of the parts and now I have to wait another 4 weeks for them to ship the missing part. That’s four more weeks my vehicle is out of action. Their customer service is absolutely no help at all. Avoid the aggravation and don’t deal with Bushwacker.

They shipped the wrong items. Would not ship out the correct item. They said they were going to refund my money but it did not happen. I had to have credit card company dispute it. Horrible customer service.

Paid $450 for a set of flares advertised to fit my truck. I have them painted for $600 and after they are painted I was having them installed and the installer told me they sent me 2 right side rear flares. Blamed the customer for not "test fitting" the product advertised to fit the truck. Terrible customer service. If I didn't pay to have all flares painted I'd send them back and never buy from this company again. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

paid over $600 FOR A SET OF FLAIRS FOR MY 2020 CHEVY, I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING TOP OF THE LINE MATERIAL BUT THE QUALITY ISN'T ANY BETTER THAN INE CHEAP $100 SETS,
