The shorts are unfortunately made for women who are straight up and down as one pair were too tight in the thighs to even get on and the size up fitted on the thighs but were massive on the waist.

But the customer service is where this really falls down. Their returns process seems unnecessarily manual and you need approval before you can return anything.

3 and a half weeks after I'd returned the items, I still had had no refund or any communication and I sent them an email. They came back saying the items were damaged and would need further investigation.

They later came back with a photo asking me to explain the marks and querying if they'd been ironed?! 1. Why would I do that on something that didn't fit but 2. also apparently if you keep them they can't be ironed?

It may have just been the quality of the photos but I can't make out any marks. Literally all I did was try them on and then put them back in the bag. I have absolutely no way of knowing what these marks (that I can't see) are, or when they were caused - especially given they've been out of my hands for almost a month now.

Regardless, given they made zero effort to proactively contact me about these supposedly damaged items, it seems like they were just hoping I wouldn't notice they hadn't refunded them (particularly given the shorts went to half price almost immediately after I got them)

Sometimes shopping small is just unnecessarily stressful for the customer, I'd go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service when there was a very slight issue with my product. No questions, friendly and prompt service. I would highly recommend.

I ordered two of the exact same shirts (one black, one white) and got two different sizes, even though were labelled as large. The black shirt is a true US Large (I'm tall), the white is a US small. 6" difference in length, width off by at least 4", pics sent, was told they didn't see "much" of a difference between the two, even though I provided pics. Reason given is they have two different suppliers. Somehow this is my fault and I have to provide pics and everything else to prove I bought the shirts and they screwed up. I don't know how to attach pics here, but my friends at Columbus Pride, Cleveland Pride, Canton Pride, and Akron Pride will help me.

Love the designs! And the message ;P a very sophisticated take to support lgbtq+ . And it's stylish. Super cool, thanks guys! I know what I'm wearing to the next pride :D and maybe just all year round...

Poor quality. T-shirt has holes already after three times washing. Complaint was rejected with the reason that a return is only possible within 14 days, max 30 days at their discretion when damaged. In my opinion, poor material quality will often only become apparent after this period of time.
I regret that I did not stick to buying from stores based in Germany. Six months no discussion in case of defect, by law. That is customer friendly.

Leider habe ich die bestellte Warte nicht in den auf der Webseite angegebenen Größe erhalten. Die Zentimeter-Angaben für XL entsprechen nicht der Größentabelle. Auf meinen Widerruf hat der Verkäufer nicht reagiert, einen Umtausch abgelehnt - und zudem ist völlig unklar, wohin die Ware zurückgeschickt werden soll: eine Adresse ist in Großbrittannien, eine in Estland, eine in Deutschland - aber der Verkäufer sagt nicht, wohin die Ware zurückgesendet werden soll. JEtzt habe ich fehlerhafte Ware vorliegen und mein Geld ist futsch! Nie mehr wieder kaufe ich dort ein. Und ich kann aufgrund meiner schlechten Erfahrungen niemandem empfehlen dort auch nur einen Cent auszugeben!

Love the shorts. They fit very nicely and I do love the little rainbow. The service was really good. Would buy things from them again (probably the white socks).

I love these roll-up shorts I purchased. I hesitated to purchase them because 1.) I’m old and 2.) I was worried about the fit. I saw a friend in some, and I had recently lost a lot of weight, so I decided it was time to reward myself with some fun shorts. My first shock was ordering them on a Monday morning and receiving them Wednesday afternoon, without any special shipping! The fit and quality are perfect. I wore them first to play keys at my church (not a typical church). I’m so happy without them I want to wear them all the time.

I was a little nervous about the fit, since I wasn’t used to their sizing chart, but they fit perfectly and I was able to show them off for Pride! Just note that if you have pets, you’ll need a lint roller handy because the black picks up fur very easily!

I ordered the regular roll up shorts and I absolutely LOVE them!! Don’t know how I’ve lived so long without them! Absolutely will be ordering more clothes and accessories! Next on my list is the polo and card wallet!
