Excellent service and easy process to complete.

Rachel and Ryan’s customer service was brilliant. They were both easy to talk to and very knowledgable, answering any questions I had when choosing the car and ensuring I knew everything about my new car and the lease when it came to collect it. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted before I left and helped me set up my phone connection and showed me where everything was in the car. He reassured me that I could contact anytime if I have any further queries or need help with anything as well. Highly satisfied with my experience.

Had new car over a week, but no warranty paperwork, or email confirming extended warranty, and again no email from yourselfs confirming payment plan , lookers mercedies set up payment plan, been trying to chase them about it, but only response is they've emailed

Not explained very properly with the bumper was so embarrassed when I went to audi york to be told I had to pay some that day it has to be explained online but it is 10% of the first payment of what is being done then I would’ve known to bring more money

I am extremely happy with Bumper and very grateful for the difference their service has made when paying for repairs to my Audi at an official Audi dealership. I have used Bumper on several occasions, and being able to spread the cost has been a huge help every time.
