I'd give 0 stars if I could. So I paid for the subscription and then looked at the reviews realizing that it was a huge waste of money as it is not "curated" very well for the babies and rather is a bunch of nonsense that moms don't even need. So I remember seeing I can cancel it anytime. I went to cancel before my box even got here and was then charged more for canceling than I paid for the box to cancel.!!

Once I did recieve the box I was astonished at how ridiculous this is. Only 2 items were technically relavent to baby/ mom. The other 3 items have NOTHING to do with being pregnant or the baby. I got a facial brush that weighs maybe 4 ounces meaning it feels SUPER CHEAP, I got an empty cosmetics bag that simply says "mama's" on it (CHEAP!), some cheap $10 bottle of foaming face wash (which I will never use as only estee lauder products touch my skin), and a bottle of belly oil which makes zero sense for me since I am a FTM and even at 6 months have zero stretching or a true bump for that matter. The oil is the kind that will stain your clothes btw, so even if I had a reason to use it, I couldn't for the simple fact that I'm not going to wait an hour for my skin to absorb it before getting dressed.!!!! Last but not least, and the only reason I did this, I got something for baby. A super CHEAP hat and mitten set that of course has to be in white. White. The one color that will last a single day with a baby. Gr3at box you guys. Spectacular job ripping people off. So there you go. Oh, and I forgot to mention I signed up for the premium box. Lmfao, this is their premium box. Never, ever, will I do this again. Also, the box they sent was so pathetic that it was legit 2/3 empty. That's how much stuff you get for $40 a month..! Outrageous.

I thought this would be a wonderful idea and a fun experience for my granddaughter. I received 1st box. Items were ok. After that I was charged for 4 more months but never received it . I had to get my credit card company involved to resolve the issue.

Garbage. I dont know where people are getting good stuff for the ads? I was soooo excited.... and now im disappointed. And when I tried to cancel? They want to charge a $25 fee. Nope. I will be canceling my card so they cant charge me. They scammed me once, not getting anything else.

I signed up when I found out I was pregnant. I received one box with extremely low quality items that were covered in dust & looked like dollar store junk. I suffered a miscarriage & now it is nearly impossible to cancel the subscription, I still have not figured it out, at this point, they are thieves. I agreed to pay $30 a month for a box and they keep trying to charge me for $60. NEW MOMMY’S AVOID BUMP BOX. The boxes are very low quality, the service is extremely expensive for expecting moms & there is zero customer support. I do not recommend.

Very disappointed with Bump Boxes. My mother spent over $150 on a 4-box package for me during pregnancy, and the contents were nowhere near the value advertised.

Most of the items felt extremely low quality and not particularly useful for expecting parents. One box included things like cheap plastic bags, poorly made hats, and even a foot scrub that had leaked all over the packaging when it arrived.

For something marketed so heavily to soon-to-be parents, this felt more like a collection of inexpensive filler items than thoughtfully curated products. The contents honestly seemed worth only a fraction of the cost. I would not recommend this subscription to anyone preparing for a baby.

I loved bumpbox for the most part. I did get a repeat book but thats okay mistakes happen. I was automatically renewed to the month to month after the initial 12months. Which I did not expect. I kept it for a little while longer not knowing thats what happened until I realized ive gotten well over 18boxes which is longer than the original 12 month. I tried to cancel but they wanted to charge me $25. I emailed them with my concern and questioning why I needed to pay. They messaged back and fulfilled my wish and canceled my subscription free of charge. I do recommend bumpbox but please be diligent of your payments and cancel before your last box is charged and before they send it.

I really wanted to like this but I was charged for a box I never received and then they charged me again. Gonna cancel and report as fraudulent charges on my card. I only received my first box and the other two are MIA.

Neat idea, zero percent worth it. As a Canadian this was so disappointing- 100 bucks a month for MAYBE 45 dollars worth of items.... with tax. Canceled subscription- 35 dollars more... We are going to go once a month to literally any store, spend $100 and make our own box with products that are actually worth it. If you live in Canada - don't waste your time with this at all you will be so sad and so disappointed.
Also the "free breast pump" is only legit if you have an insurance provider that pays for it for you. With many hoops to jump through to see if you are even eligible. Hard pass!

Not worth the money. I was very disappointed because the products are always belly oils, a cheap necklace, and maybe some other cheap thing you don't need. What a ripoff. THEN... they charge you $25 to unsubscribe early. But I went ahead and paid it to get out of my subscription - because it's that bad. I'll make my own box for my daughter for way cheaper and MUCH better items.

Unable to Cancel

Though I liked the products, I was unable to cancel. I called, texted, and emailed. After a month, I was charged again. I had to pay the bank for a stop payment AND still pay for a box.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for five months. I strongly suggest do not purchase anything with bump boxes because you cannot get out of it you cannot cancel

When you look at the images of the products that is being sent, the boxes are never like this. As I stated for the amount of money being spent on these boxes, I expected my box to actually look like the images, especially my last month of pregnancy.Not 4 cheap items

This is the most deceptive company I ever used. It's pointless to sign up for a 6 month subscription because they will keep the subscriptions going well past 6 months. It is hidden in the itty bitty fine print on one of the multiple pages of their terms and conditions that they will keep charging you. And for almost $50 a month, the items in the boxes are junk, and there have even been cases of expired consumables. Honestly, you can take that $50 and buy stuff on your own that will actually be used.

Be aware - Don't pay in advance! If you do you are not able to cancel!!! Only credits and exchanges. I have a daughter in law who doesn't like the products and I am stuck.

I ordered a 9 month subscription for my daughter. They continued to send boxes after the 9 months subscription was over and conveniently stopped sending me emails. When I contacted them about this, they said their subscriptions automatically roll over on a month to month subscription.

The company is unorganized and unprofessional. I assume it’s owned by an influencer Karen. The products are the quality of Panama City Beach tourist truck stops. You are not getting your money’s worth. What was supposed to be an exciting monthly surprise, leading up to our child’s birth, was costing us more money in trash bags. I believe the cups and hats, etc. were made in someone’s She Shed. The other products weren’t special. The boxes were like a bags of potato chips. More air than actual product. The website is not user friendly. They respond mostly through email. The instructions they gave through email did not match their website. They just charged me a $25 cancellation fee. Find another company. This is the worst subscription box.

What an unorganized company ! I had a 6 month subscription and couldn’t barely get the correct order . I paid for extra items we did not get ! WARNING DONT USE THIS COMPANY !

Impossible to cancel the subscription - no one replies to emails or texts.

Absolute nightmare of a company. I've been trying to reach out for months, their phone number doesn't work for call or text like they claim or it does and no one replies. I've been trying to make a return for several months of an unopened box to no avail and keep receiving late payment notices. I'm not paying $370.03 for a pump that retails for $107.00 on the momcozy site. This is my last effort to get someone to get in contact with me after 6 attempts, all of which have been documented.
