my order got sent with in 3 days, only came in a plain envelope, i havent a problem in the last 18 parcels or so, 80-95% of seeds germinate well and are exactly as explained in the ads, iv paid frombaustralia which meant bank transfer, not a problem , i had a maybe twice out of almost 2 dozen shippments, both times it was my bank here in aus. thankyou guys very reliable, even better there chea as.recommend to anyone,

The shop has really sucked
The shop has really sucked. Orders are forgotten. Saying that no money arrived...then the money found itself...any excuses all the time. And haven't received it for 4 months.

Dodgy
The checkout on the site is broken and after you pay, the items are still in your basket.
This means you have to get hold of customer service and show them proof that you paid in order for them to generate an order.
Their communication is not good and they will take days to reply. I was ignored on WhatsApp and the Telegram on the website does not exist.
I eventually got the seeds but I don't think I will use this company again, they seem very untrustworthy.

The first order was no problem
The first order was no problem - fast delivery everything okay. With the second order (okt.15) the problems start. Payment didnt arrive. They needed a copy of receipt what I sent them. Then payment status changed but till now nothing has changed.
Update
Sent an email what the f* the problem is
13.Nov.21: order sent
17.Nov.21: received
All Seeds arrived and are different in size and pattern.
But no good feeling anymore with this shop.
Update
After all that I ordered one time in 2022 two times in 2023 and one time in 2024 and this time everything was fine. The hole process seemed more professional and I cant say anything bad about these orders. And they have the best Blueberry regular seeds..
By now, I can definitely recommend the store.
