Late
I don't mind deliveries being late. It's not something you like but it can happen. What I don't like is receiving an email the day after your delivery was due telling you it's delayed and receiving no updates.
For those that say delivery is outside of a companies control. I understand that but Bulk should have systems in place to let customers know when delays are going to occur. It's up to them to work that out with the delivery company.

The flavor is good but it can improve for the chocolate less sugar package as I can't actually taste the chocolate. So, it tastes like no flavour at all as the chocolate flavour is very mild. I expected a more dark chocolate flavour. It is a reliable company and I can see the improvements in my health so that is why I recommend them. The results speak for themselves.

Terrible customer service
I placed an order over a week ago. Promised delivery within two days. Then the tracking went nuts. Attempted delivery in Cork (I live in Dublin!) it went to Finglas, back to Cork, every day a different crazy update. I think customer service is a chatbot. It keeps promising imminent delivery and saying things that simply aren't true ('it will arrive tomorrow!'). I'm out of pocket more than 50 euro and being held to ransom now. They said they won't refund until the product is returned but it looks like a toddler has the UPS controls so no hope of it showing up at either end. Really really disappointing experience. So many other supplement providers who grasp customer service and goodwill....and don't use UPS!

The best whey protein in terms of…
The best whey protein in terms of flavor that I've ever tried. This time I got the caramel chocolate flavor, but I didn't like it that much, but the chocolate and coconut one is the best, really good. The delivery wasn't that fast, I think they should improve in that aspect. But overall, it's excellent.
