I am disappointed with this purchase.
I ordered a 5kg bag of whey protein and I am certain that I selected the vanilla flavour during checkout. However, the product I received was chocolate.
When I checked my order history, the order appears as chocolate, which makes it difficult to determine what happened. I have since gone through the ordering process again and can clearly see the flavour selection options, which leaves me confused as to how my order ended up being changed.
I cannot prove there was a technical issue, but I am confident that vanilla was the flavour I selected. As a result, I did not receive the product I intended to buy.
I have otherwise been happy with Bulk products in the past, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing.
