Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Have had the app for over a year, hasn't worked one day. Sadly, many people in our community depend on it. There is ZERO customer service, no phone number, and emails take days to respond.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

BuildFire has helped us put together a much better app than we could have built, in a very reasonable amount of time. They may not have a phone call to contact with questions, but their responses to my inquiries are always prompt. I feel that they are reasonably priced as well.

It was going SO well at the start - Buildfire was a great app - but it FALSE ADVERTISED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It said that it was a FREE app, but then when we finished it - it turns out that we had to pay and also i kept getting random messages from Ian and what not! You also couldn't move images and once again the pricing for the app to be built was utterly OUTRAGEOUS!!! But otherwise it was great - would recommend if you want to spend your moola.

Great product goes without saying but I said it anyway. However, that is not what makes them great, it's the customer service. No matter how small the issue is they take time to make your experience a good one.

Amazing app!!! Fun and simple to use. Great for beginners and for those who don't have a huge budget to hire someone to build them an app. I was able to design and create my own app in a few short hours.

Searching for the best app building tools I discovered buildfire. Remarkable is the best word that comes to mind. Everything you need and the tools to get you there. Thank you buildfire team.

I’ve enjoyed working with BuildFire. So much so that I’m coming back to them for another app. Easy to use and able to turn my vision I to reality.

I'd stay away from Buildfire. I signed up for what I thought was a one month subscription to try it out before committing to it. When I got the confirmation e-mail I saw that it defaulted to a full year subscription. I contacted Buildfire to rectify the error and after multiple exchanges they only refunded 1/2 of my money and said I'd get the remainder if I decided to cancel before 6 months.

I did cancel after 1 month (reasons below which probably more directly answer your question) and after 2 months hadn't received the refund. After several days I was informed I wouldn't be getting a refund. If they need my $265 I'd question their long term viability.

My reasons for cancelling are similar to Wizard's comments. If you have a simple app that renders content it might be the way to go. If you're building an interactive app you'll end up coding most of the app anyway. They tout the SDK as a means to extend functionality but I found it extremely clunky. When I uploaded the HTML, JavaScript and CSS for one page, the functionality that was working in Chrome wasn't working in Buildfire. Nor could I figure out where the problems were.

Also, my app is currently multi-page and I couldn't figure out to navigate between pages. Multiple forums pointed to their documentation which is not very good and there was a step one developer pointed out that isn't in their doc. Never could get it to work.

Also, they say they support Bootstrap but as of 3 months ago it was a version several iterations back. I'd developed the app with Bootstrap 4 so I'd have to convert anything that wasn't backwards compatible.

All in all a very bad experience.

BuildFire is very simple to use and has a lot of useful features. They have a very friendly support team and they always give a quick feed back. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.

I know NOTHING about coding or app/software development and built my own app pretty quickly. The support and customer service from the BuildFire team is top notch. Timely and helpful responses make for incredible user experience. I recommend BuildFire with full confidence.

Technical Service is THE WORST. If something goes wrong with your app don't expect them to rush to fix it. My music app has been down for 1 week. Yes, you read that right. My app is a music app and the music needs to be played and heard in order to work. Nope! Not the case. I have emailed, been told I am a priority to only find out I am on the back burner. I have lost customers, received lower ratings on Itunes and Google play in a matter of days because of their neglect to fix the situation in a timely manner.

It's impossible to delete your account. Do not use this product!

Pros: It took less than 10 minutes for my application to be ready for publication. Many add-ons and widgets. There are not many models to choose from, but I found one for my business.

Cons:
Getting used to the editor takes a lot of time, I had to make use of Google.

Generally, I have a awesome experience using BuildFire. What pleases me much is that I know almost nothing in coding but if I have any programming idea, I can now create any application within a short time. This app has also amazed me because of its low cost and excellent functionality. I’d say that if you are unfamiliar with coding like me, and you need an app, BuildFire is the best alternative for you.

Always thought app building was a difficult process. Then there came Buildfire. I was surprised how easy it is and how fast I was able to make an app without having any knowledge about coding. Customer support is great nevertheless. Got stuck and there was always someone to help me out. This app is great overall. The only backdrop is that it takes some time to get used to with the editor as tons of customization features and widgets available in there.

Build fire amazed me by it's low cost for building my app and the conductive strategy.Without any coding background I did not think that I could build an app.Because of the build fire I could make it.
Recommendations for others considering the product......"Those who want to make any mobile app but don't know coding ,I recommend them to try build fire at least once.So that they can take the lots of facilities from buildfire.
Lastly I want to say, it's an excellent app building platform.

I really always love using BuildFire.This site provides great customer support. When I needed help I just started a live message thread and someone replied right away to help me. Only thing is it takes a little time for me to get use to the editor. It`s so amazing and wonderful platform to use.

As a beginner, this app is cost effective and very easy to use because I didn’t need a professional coding experience before I can create my app. Within few days my app is completed and was live play store. This company saved me all the stress. Thanks.

What I like the most is the fact that I don't know any coding and I can make an app I want. I had idea for a while, but it was really hard for me to learn to code. I have always thought that developing an app takes a great deal of experience even for a professional developer, Well, buildfire has made me change my thinking ever since I came across them. Much more, their customer support is just extra-ordinary. Simply put, they are the best app development platform without single coding knowledge.
