I video vengono caricati solo con autoplay.
L'assistenza è a tratti scortese e reinvia a tutorial spesso contraddittori.

I used builderall for 3 days and then it went down and doesn't seem to be coming back any time soon. I can access the home page but nothing else. My diagnostic tool says the site is online but it is not loading. I already know that! So I am paying a monthly subscription for a non functioning service. Not happy. No support.

Builderall ist so genial aufgebaut und recht easy in der Anwendung. Ich kann es mit vollem gewiesen weiterempfehlen. ;-)

Contratei a plataforma em dezembro para um lançamento com a inteção de utilizar as ferramentas.

Logo ao iniciar a captação dos leads, percebi que o workflow (ferramenta de funil de e-mails) não estava funcionando. Ao abrir chamado descobri que estavam em férias coletivas. Abri um ticket onde eu era respondido de 5 em 5 dias, ou seja, fiquei 15 dias da captação dos leads sem conseguir utilizar o funil de e-mails sendo que o solução era apenas a ativação do SSL.

Após resolver isso percebi que a ferramenta Maillingboss 5.0 não estava disperando os e-mails agendados de lembrete do evento. Abri vários chamados na tentativa de solucionar o problema, inclusive 1 dia antes do evento continuava com o problema e aparentemente haviam resolvi. Mas para a minha surpresa (não sei pq me surpreendi) no domingo, dia do evento, não consegui disparar um e-mail sequer para minha lista, resultado? A lista não recebeu o link do evento. Como era domingo não havia suporte.

Solicitei o ressarcimento dos valores pagos, porém me foi negado alegando que eu teria 7 dias para solicitar o cancelamento de acordo com o código de defesa do consumidor.

A plataforma tem muitas ferramentas, mas tudo meia boca. Sem suporte. Só causa stress e prejuízos. O barato sai caro.

Deixo aqui meu depoimento para quem esteja buscando informações sobre a empresa.

I have signed up for builderall under an affiliate. My main purpose was to build my business site and use all their wonderful features that saves a lot of money in the long run. The affiliate who signed me up was in the same business as me, and was showing me just all builderall could do. So I signed up, paid for a better part of the year but I wasn't as ready to get all my ducks in a row. Once I did, the lady completely disappeared. She said she was doing something else now. when asked if she could direct me to someone who can help, crickets. I wrote support because I was having issues getting started, they have so many training videos that don't answer your question or maybe they will maybe they won't but first you should review all 3 hours of them to find out... If you contact support, it is about the worst support I have ever encountered. enough to bring you to tears. it takes about 9 hours to hear back, and they don't say much that you don't already know. Like they don't even listne or read what you are asking. They have an official facebook group with lovely people, and several other offshoots that hold 2 hr long classes at specific nights i'm already booked with clients. there are people in there that want to help, but fizzle out so you have to keep trying until you get someone who knows enough and in your timezone. they have people you can hire on their official website list, but if you contact them, they will either never respond, or some don't even link to anything, I've tried a couple and gave up. this site can do so much! but if you have no life and all the time in the world. just shameful. I will continue with them because I have so much blood sweat and tears already vested, but don't hold your breath when it comes to support from the company itself. if you already understand how to build sites etc. and can put up with poor service to save a few bucks....

support is super slow - takes 2-3 days to hear back on ticket and takes average over 3-4 hours on live chat.
And different support agents give conflicting info and some are rude or just give links to tutorials that don't have any relevant info related to issues.

they say unlimited subscribers but there's LIMIT on import and you need to pay extra for ADD ONs.
WP server included is pretty useless with HD, not ssd, limited features. Support didn't seem to have basic knowledge about WP and couldnt even understand my questions like staging site..

you see positive reviews bcuz of their pyramid skim, commissions. I won't recommend.

Eu estou na builderall a 2 anos, e tudo tem problemas envio de sms tem problema nao funciona, o software de email tem problema desconfigura o tempo todo, essa empresa eles sala que é tudo em UM, a unica coisa que conheço tudo em um é algo chamado , fezes, entre outras palavra builderall nunca mais.

Outra coisa as unicas avaliaçoes boas, sao de pessoas que sao funcionarios da empresa, Erica é uma delas, entao pessoal sai da builderall eu perdir mais de 5 mil reais, com essa empresa de...p..ts

they are thieving; I am in the affiliate program and got affiliates, but my dashboard show 0; when I contact them; they told me that I have to pay a plan from them or send a new request to join the program hhhhh !!!!
how I get so new customers?? I am in the program and I have my affiliate's link !!! I never saw a thief like them

why does the website ask for your cvc/cvv of your bank card?

I was an affiliate for Builderall and made many referrals. They promised that affiliates would never have to pay for a plan. I have screenshots to prove it. That all changed though soon afterwards. Now, I cannot even log in to my affiliate account at all. It says "user not found" even though I still get the Builderall emails. To summarize, their system is crap and they are run by liars.

After running my business on 4 different digital marketing platforms, I want to share my thoughts.

I used ClickFunnels, Kajabi, and later on Kartra I can tell you there is no better software out there than Builderall.

And what I like about Builderall the most is the ease of use and seamless integration of all these different tools together.

Just terrible service and "support" is practically nonexistent.

I responded to an ad for this company's MailingBoss product, when the company and the product were still new. They advertised a "lifetime" unlimited subscription that included the ability to import existing mailing lists, for a one-time flat fee. Just what I was looking for.

I did not get to working on the project for a few months. When I did, I found that their product would not let me import my mailing list. I contacted them, and they said that was an additional fee.

I explained that I had paid for that ability, and they said they had changed their policy. I explained that it was illegal to "change their policy" on something that was sold with lifetime access.

After long back-and-forth exchanges with their support department, I found the original ad, which I had saved, and showed it to them. They told me (very begrudgingly) that okay, they would make an exception and allow me to import my mailing lists.

A good bit of time has passed now, and I revisited their service. This time, not only could I not import my mailing list, I could not even access Mailing Boss. It said I had to "upgrade" to access it at all.

I contacted "support" and explained. They gave me the "our policy has changed" BS again. They also effectively claim to have no records of the support tickets where this matter was resolved the first time.

So in other words, I paid for a "lifetime" subscription, only to end up with, in effect, no subscription at all.

The word "fraud" might actually be appropriate here.

I have been with Builderall for 3 years. It's the best platform with excellent tools.

Great value and the support are always helpful.

As there are do many tools. It can be overwhelming for beginners.

It's worth investing time to learn.

They have buggy softwares. I have used ClickFunnels before and switched to BA for while, but it was a big mistake. Their service is poorly organised and the support is ridiculous. For live chat, I was waiting 2-3 days to get an answer. They also change the plan price very often. I highly recommend you stay away from Builderall.

Very expensive subscription, bad support and they have a complex UX to make it difficult for the users to stop the very expensive subscription
I don't advise you to use it there are many other alternatives with good price and excellent support

You don't need to hire 10 platforms to integrate them into a single website.

Support is nice and helpful, if you need them they'll be there for you, to listen to any inquiry you may have.

You don't need to be much of a techie person to deal with most of the apps here, they're very easy to use.

They do have Blog, 2 eCommerce's to create your own store, Course creation for e-Learning, and they even have an Affiliate system to create your own Affiliation system.

Cheetah Builder is an incredible tool to use, very responsive and fast to load pages.

Definitely worth to try it out!, you won't be disappointed.
