Ease of use
I was able to bring in my design and it created gcode and I was able to print my 3D art. I liked the ease of use of your program.

The program wouldn’t work
The program wouldn’t work. I don’t know if it was because I didn’t know what I was doing, the file I was using was bad, or it was just a bad program. I realize that’s not helpful criticism but that is all I have.

Convenient network error.
All good on 7 day free trial. Good features but then when your free trial runs out there's no limited option. Pay full subscription or get a convenient network error pop up everytime you try print or transfer to somewhere. Funny how you're offered 5 free prints but you can't get them, all a big con to get you to subscribe. Maybe if this scam wasn't so obvious I might have considered subscription but first impressions count. Now I've found another online source what I've subscribed to what doesn't promise false claims and you actually do get the restricted version they promise

For the first 30 days it worked ok so I spent the $60 and now NOTHING WORKS. I have contacted support over 13 times in the 2 months and still nothing. I just want to print but this is not worth the money the money. They say that they are going to help but they DO NOTHING. I tried to get my money back and they wouldn't do anything. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. For the 14th time, PLEASE FIX THIS SO I CAN PRINT.

BuildBee On Sunlu S8 Pro Machine
BuildBee downloaded and worked on my new printer Sunlu S8 Pro. It had all the basic settings, very easy to use and produced a quality print first time.
I am using the Free Version for 7 day Trial.
If the price is right, I will be paying for the Pro Version so I can get a personal profile and access to all my 3D Printer settings.
Only thing I found with Free Version was the Bed Temps seem to be default and when asked to Print 3 Items, the estimated time didnt appear and the process % got stuck at 15%. The Prints did finish and were Great Quality. I would Recommend BuildBee, its not perfect but a great Slicing Program to get started, especially as a Newbie to 3D Printing.

After you pay to get the buildbee none answering you any more. their help service always busy, you get a message : we are busy right now > they are busy 7/24 365
I am not happy any more and trying to take my money back > other wise most of our friends in that business waiting for the answer

Not working for me
First file: file too large to upload, try another. This is enough for me to make the program 100% unusable, I can't depend on several different programs for slicing.
Second file: The example file "WireFrame Skull". "Error:
slicer node stopped responding".
Third file: Not gonna happen, I give up on this software. Is it out of beta?
On a side note, why the h. do you ask me to post a review, when I still haven't succesfully sliced a single model? Hunting for bad reviews?
