A week ago, I placed an order for the Zola Henna Complete Set, but instead, I received Zola Tint.
After four days, I got an email from them saying they would send me the correct product.
Guess what I received again? Zola Tint, not the Zola Henna Kit.

What a disaster with customer service — zero attention to orders or customers.
Totally disappointed!

I placed the order for October 10th and until now October 26th it has not been delivered, but I received a message to express my opinion on the products. Nonsense, I do not recommend this site, you do not receive the products and your money is not returned!!

I ordered Zola Henna for eyebrows and paid for next day delivery because I had a client booked. When the package arrived, it was Zola Tint instead — completely the wrong product. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I don’t recommend ordering from them.

How do you even access this “free”course? Where would one find it after “purchase”, nothing sent in an email, nothing found when logged into site, looking for 30min & can’t find it, easier access would be preferable

I bought the lash lift system with the Botox bottle and I am impressed!!! I’ve really been loving buff Browz wish I got it sooner

Hey, so I was recommended to you I had a discount code which I was told would automatically be applied as per the email link. It wasn’t , it didn’t like the code and I didn’t get to use the offer. Really annoying to be honest, I brought the products as I wanted to try them but wouldn’t recommend or forward on emails with discount codes to fellow therapists as they don’t work.

I ordered some items from Buff Browz and had confirmation on Royal Mail that it was delivered however there was no proof of delivery/ tracking. I reached out to Buff browz because I couldn’t get a hold of Royal mail and they said they will have to deal with Royal mail directly themselves and in the meantime sent me a whole new order free of charge. I dealt with Zaica on customer service who was very kind and never had to wait around for a response :)

orders are normally shipped out and received well within estimated timeline. products are out of this world , tried many others but the obsession continues

Buff Browz is an amazing brand - I would give 100 stars if I could ! Their products are amazing quality and always give the BEST results. Delivery is super fast, which is a lifesaver when you’re low on stock. The customer service is also 10/10 and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. I've been ordering from this store for a while and generally the service is good, but I think more attention should be paid to the packing process. This is the second time I've received the wrong product. First, I was sent a different color of hair dye than I ordered, and now I received a facial scrub instead of a brow mask. Mistakes happen, but it's becoming a pattern. I hope this can be improved in the future.

I have ordered from buff browz many times. Some including buff browz products, other times sourcing other brands.
Their prices are either matched or beating others and the whole process of efficient, delivery is reliable.

I have also had my own personal encounters with the owners GG and Harry (husband and wife) when I had a master class with GG a few years ago.
They are hard work individuals who deserve all the success.

Best company ever! Produce the best products on the market, however more than that they are really good people that own it, bending over backwards to improve the industry and give other brow techs education to feel empowered. I have huge respect for this company- it started from a real brow tech and was built by a family which I respect hugely - they just get it! I would always buy from here as I know the sheer amount of hard work and love that goes into producing every single product. Can’t recommend enough!

Buff Browz is more than a brand. This company believes in its clients and goes out of their way to show it. You only have to look at Instagram to see how much support they show small businesses. I am a small business and I can’t tell you how important it is for a company like Buff Browz to recognise your work. Other brands only support the businesses with the big following or have professional video footage that we can’t compete with. Buff Browz sees everyone. I bought a content video from Georgie, I watch it at least once a month. The detail she goes into about how to take the perfect photo and video is amazing. I learned more from that video than I did from 4 masterclasses by different brands. I love Buff Browz, they deserve every single bit of good recognition that they get.
