Scammed me $90.00
Ordered two downloadable financial software and then she had some dollar store cheap folder. I never got the downloads which were the main cost. Then she has the audacity to charge me a bill for a mystery box I declined. No boxes or downloads came though mail she sent confirmation the downloads were delivered in the mail? How would downloads come in mail YET Fake tracking. She's ignored over 50 emails, SM blocked me and is actually a foreigner hiring Canadians and US citizens to use their kids as the sale point. I lost my money and it was a gift. This fake business has no valid contacts information they respond to. Shame on Shopify for partnering with this scam!

It's work well for me. I asked for the Annual budget planner and received Ok, with a nice comunication via Telegram. First experience and still trying the template, wich so far feels really useful. Thanks!

Terrible company. Would never recommend. The products are garbage. They have hidden fees in there as well. Customer service is not helpful at all!!

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent purchase experience, as I feel that BudgetWithMilly has not only delivered an unusable product but has also failed to provide any form of customer support, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.

After paying for a budget-tracking template, I received a link only to find that the template was unusable—I couldn’t even type on it. There were no instructions or resources to help me troubleshoot, making it clear that little effort was made to ensure customer satisfaction or product functionality.

When I attempted to reach out for help, I discovered there was no direct contact information—no email, no phone number—only a “contact” option on the store. I used this option, but it has been months with no response. I also tried contacting BudgetWithMilly on TikTok, but again, received no reply. This lack of support feels unprofessional and as though the company is purposely ignoring customers once they have paid.

Furthermore, the checkout process felt misleading. The template was initially labeled as “free,” yet when I added it to my cart, I was unexpectedly charged over $14, with digital fees bringing the total to over $20. This pricing structure is misleading and seems designed to deceive customers into paying far more than expected.

Overall, this experience has left me feeling exploited by BudgetWithMilly, a company that appears more interested in taking people’s money than providing a quality product or service. I strongly urge you to address these issues, as this approach to business is unacceptable and unfair to customers.

The worst company ever.
Avoid at any cost!!
I bought saving challange box and they apparently send it but I never received it. After 3 months still waiting to resolve the problem. They don't want to send it back (saying I have to pay for delivery again!) And they don't want to give refund either.
I payed 25 pound when on amazon is cheaper by half! What a scam!

Order was supposedly instant delivery. Hasn’t arrived and keep fobbing off. One minute processing, next checking to see if it was sent (which it wasn’t) next ignored again.

Reviews supposedly positive but likely bought reviews. Avoid.

Since posting this review they have since sent me the completely wrong item via email. Even though I’ve shown them several times what I’ve ordered.
