Efficient, punctual, friendly, and all round great value.

Very professional and the move was very smooth

Dear Robert (BRL),

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for making our house move so seamless. From the outset, you were friendly and professional, and it was great to meet the team and have a chance to discuss any issues specific to our move and property. Nothing was too much effort for the removals team, and everything from start to finish went perfectly. Your team disassembled all of our furniture and reassembled it at the new address professionally.

Robert, your son, and your professional were truly professional and worked smoothly to make our move as painless as possible. Thank you for planning the move so efficiently.
Please extend my thanks to the team once again.

Yours truly,
Sassoon

We made a move of 250 miles from London! Budget removals provided an excellent dismantling, reassembly and removal service all in one day. They were on time, very efficient, and polite. No items were damaged. Had them recommended by a friend and I would definitely recommend them to others. They were good value, professional and responded quickly to emails and the phone. Thank you!

Amazing removal people. Arrived on time and were ready to pack us up efficiently and with lots of care. Listened to instructions and carried out all items, protecting them as required. We moved to Bournemouth in 3 vans 3.5 t each without stress . At the other end unpacking and moving into individual rooms went smoothly. Robert and his team are very nice people to deal with and we thoroughly recommend them for your house move .

We recently had the pleasure of working with Budget Removals London ltd for our relocation, and I must say that they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

Right from the initial inquiry, the staff was prompt in their response and demonstrated excellent communication throughout the entire process. The Guys at Budget Removals were Amazing. I cant stress enough how hard they worked. They Took great care of our belongings and made the move stress free. Fantastic service and really great value.
Thanks to Rob and his team.

Brilliant service, easy to schedule, sharp on time, everything as discussed, will definitely recommend and use again.

Left behind lot of my stuff. Owner bit nervous as he didn't want to hear anything about left behind stuff on my old address. In overall not a very good experience.

A friend recommended budget removals and we couldn’t be happier with them.
I sent a video of my house to Robert and he gave me a very competitive quote for a van with two men.

They were very professional and quick. We had a big and heavy sofa bed and we were worried it wouldn’t fit through in the new place. It was not an easy job but they were amazing and took great care doing it.
I would highly recommended and we’ll definitely use them for our next move.

Great service and definitely on a budget. It was really nice to do business with them I would highly recommend to use this removal service.

Highly recommended. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Budget Removals. The price was very reasonable, communication was excellent, and the removal guys were good humoured, kind, patient and professional. We'd definitely use them again. Thank you Robert!

They are a professional and affordable moving company who helped me with my move and later accommodated my request of including packing services at £10 a box full of fragile items. They helped with disassembly of my bed and sofa, followed by re-assembly. They were on-time and completed well within the 4 hours we agreed upon to remove my stuff.

Only thing I should point out is that rescheduling the services will incur cancellation charges (if done within 3 days) as per their policy however they don't charge any deposits or pre-payments.

The only reason this review is 4 instead of 5, is because they missed taking my garden items which was part of the inventory. To be fair, I forgot about it on the day as well.

I was very pleased with the removal service - the quote was the lowest I received and was also carried out in person, unlike a lot of removal companies. The guys who packed were super friendly and helpful and quick. The unpacking was very smooth and efficient. I would definitely use Budget Removals again - I highly recommend them.
