L’app è ben fatta..tutta via dopo 6 anni di utilizzo e con il piano premium pagato a vita..con l’ultimo aggiornamento sono spariti tutti i dati inseriti.. e il servizio clienti ? Non risponde da 3 giorni.non consiglierei mai di utilizzare questa applicazione e soprattutto consiglio di non collegare i conti bancari..sé questa è la sicurezza e l’assistenza l’app non mi sembra per niente affidabile.

Its been months now that i have an issue with balances showing up with no transaction nothing, just a balance popping up there, the worst is that their cs gives random replies, if it was AI i would be happy, but they seem like real people, not to mention their response time about 2-3 weeks

I purchased an app developed by BudgetBakers via Google Play. The application functioned only once at the beginning and became unusable immediately afterward.

I contacted the developer for support and requested a refund. The issue was not resolved, and the refund was refused. I also contacted Google Play, which declined the refund as well.

As a result, I paid for a digital product that does not function as advertised and for which no effective support or refund was provided.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this developer. Potential customers should be aware that if the app stops working, there appears to be no meaningful customer support or refund process.

Ik heb vele jaren gezocht naar een goed financieel overzichts software en dit is de eerste die eenvoudig en duidelijk is, en met koppelingen naar vrijwel alle banken, vrij uniek. Beschikbaar in de meeste Europese talen en nu er een actie is voor een levenslang lidmaatschap voor eenmalig € 96 was ik snel om.

Wat mij vooral opviel is dat vanaf de synchronisatie de meeste boekingen automatisch goed gingen; iets wat ik nog geen andere financiële software heb zien doen. Er wordt geadverteerd met AI en misschien komt het wel daardoor.

Ook leningen en beleggingen kunnen worden toegevoegd, en ddesgewenst kan je ook CSV, Excel, of OFX importeren.

Nu nog wachten op de koppeling met spaarbanken, maar dat is een Europese regeling die ergens in 2026 in gaat en vanaf 2027 actief wordt.

I've been using the app with premium for the last year and it has really helped me get a handle on my finances and find areas to improve. I wish bank sync would refresh more frequently and I don't love the UI but the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Pretty good experience. I have sincronized a few banks for almost 2 years.
Very useful to keep track of expenditure and savings in one place.

I'm a premium user of Wallet since 2019. I was very satisfied until dec. 2024 with Wallet. Unfortunately since it getting very difficult to work with, as no Bank syncis working anylonger. An account in euros has changed inCHF and i can not correct it unless to manually retype all the 481 entries! Since the last weeks there is a new realease generating manual works for users and some crucial feature like analytics is not working at all. It's really desesperating...Should i change? But that means a lot of migration work...pffff

J'utilise cette application quotidiennement depuis trois ans pour saisir manuellement toutes mes dépenses. C'est un outil puissant et central dans ma gestion budgétaire, mais des défauts persistants et basiques sont devenus si frustrants qu'ils me font activement chercher des alternatives.

Voici les problèmes concrets rencontrés :

Sur Android : Un bug récurrent et agaçant efface les notes d'une transaction si on prend une photo du justificatif avant d'avoir sauvegardé une première fois. C'est une perte de temps et d'information au quotidien.

Sur iPhone : Il est impossible de sauter une ligne dans le champ "notes". Cette limitation simple rend la prise de notes détaillées quasiment illisible et donc inutile.

Sur Ordinateur : La fonctionnalité "Budgets", qui est le cœur d'une telle application, est totalement absente de la version web. C'est un non-sens qui oblige à jongler avec son téléphone pour avoir une vue d'ensemble.

Ces trois points sont pour moi des freins majeurs à une utilisation efficace. Pour être tout à fait transparent avec le développeur (Jan Müller) : malgré ma fidélité, le jour où une application concurrente proposera une expérience sans ces frustrations, je changerai sans la moindre hésitation.

Stay far away from this developer! Being a user for almost 4 years, decently working for a while, but never listen to any feedback, bugs reported years ago still not fixed, and as last, I lost some of my records from years ago perfectly synced! Support is totally not existent!

Une excellente application, multi plateforme pour budgéter et maîtriser ses finances.
Il y a encore quelques points d'améliorations qui trainent en interne, mais les fonctionnalités sont là et je l'ai connecté avec mon compte Bourso qui m'économise la saisie manuelle de toutes les transactions.
Utilisateur premium pour gérer tout mes comptes, dettes et prêts et bons d'achat. TDAH proof, ça me sauve la vie (financière), et celle de mes proches.

Impossible d'accéder à mon compte Wallet depuis l'interface web depuis 2 ans environ (compte Premium). Très mauvais service client qui ne répond pas ou ne propose aucune solution.

Wallet by BudgetBakers is a scam, don’t use it!!!
Money disappeared from my account and it’s been 3 weeks I’m trying to contact them but nobody answer me!!!
Stay as far as possible from this App!!

Like it. Have a premium version since I hold a lot of accounts. Mainly record everything manually each day since it more convenient for me, though never had issues with bank connection. Investment (share price) tracking works almost perfect, usually there's a few bucks difference but it's mainly due to different FX rates used between wallet and my broker.

Definitely recommend especially if you can buy an unlimited subscription when it's on discount. Worth the money for me, since allow me to easy track my monies.

There might be some great alternatives, but this one works good enough for me taking into account that it's literally free in a long run.

I followed the exact steps and format as described for importing transactions, but it still doesn’t work. The bank connection also failed to upload all transactions accurately. Extremely frustrating experience. I wouldn’t even give one star if I had a choice. Worst company ever!

Applicazione acerba

presenta molte potenzialità ma i grafici belli e già predisposti nascondono molte pecche tra cui piccole imprecisioni e impossibilità di personalizzare i report.

I budget ad esempio non visualizzano il totale dei singoli budget e su smartphone riesce difficile capire cosa e quanto si è messo a bilancio. Manca la possibilità di prevedere il saldo futuro.

La scocca è buona (e anche molto bella da vedere) ma la sostanza lascia a desiderare.

C'è molto da migliorare ma confido che ci stiano lavorando.

I subscribed to The monthly premium plan to get bank sync. Seem to work for my accts until I notice that m’y Visa card transactions were all missing. only The current balance was showing. Support was notified and The response was to ask for confirmation. Done that and since then no response.

Beware and Avoid Budgetbakers/Wallet app. Due to a technical error in the application while using the web interface, hundreds of transactions were damaged and collectively changed (transaction type, source, destination, details…) across several accounts simultaneously. Years of transaction history, including copies of receipts, have been irreversibly altered. For a year and a half, I tried to communicate the problem with Wallet, but they always played it off with irrelevant responses. The latest response from Wallet/Budgetbakers support is that their backups do not cover user errors!!! I paid the lifetime premium licence! 😂

Beware, even the official Zendesk mail sates "3 business days". But in reality, their Zendesk is set in such a way that it automatically closes most tickets and redirects you to their help article.
