Worst experience ever! They sent the ticket after 12 hours and I was waiting outside the airport! Because of no return ticket they asked me to carry more currency which I purchased from the airport

Since these email can sometimes end up in an unintended folder, checking the spam or junk folder is recommended.

Recommended for flight bookings
I was unable to access my flight ticket after booking it from their website. However, the BudgetAir customer care responded on how I can access my booking details on their website and now I am able to do so.
I do want to note that Mark from customer care sent me a copy of a ticket of a different traveler. They need to be mindful of this going forward.

A separate email with instructions on how to access your booking account will be sent shortly to help resolve this log in error.
