When I booked tickets I know write my name correctly with proper space but while I get the e ticket there is no space between my name's two word the agency demanding the charges for the minor space rectification and it's not my issue not my problem also and this agency telling that airlines taking charges but airlines indigo telled me that they didn't take any money for the name rectification from any one but this agency is one of the worst agency I never seen before in my fraud!!fraud not taking any action also only how they take money from the passengers they know that only I can't suggest this to book from this agency.

SERVICE AND TICKETING OPERATIONS ERROR DO NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH BUDGETAIR
DO NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH BUDGETAIR. If Something goes wrong, You will face practical difficulties and issues will not get resolved easily or remains unsolved, and will have a nightmare the moment you make a booking with this agency.
We had done booking from hanoi to da nang domestic flight and few typo errors in the passenger names, the errors happened accidently while booking and later we have realised that errors and approched Budget air customer care to resolve the issues, in-spite of multiple calls, chats,emails and follow up's, Budget Air could not resolve the issues, they claim that they are only an online travel agency and can not over ride carrier rules, all ticketing operations are stirctly governed by the operating airlines official policies and limitations. Budget air finger-pointing airlines and absolutely no ownership. We have tried to approch even airlines directly and airline denied our request due to security resons, Budget air will not provide any of our contact details during booking process to respective airline. hence airline directs you back to the agency because the booking was made through BudgetAir. Meanwhile, the customer is left to deal with the mess.
Budget air customer care communication is frustrating and being passed around between people who apperantly can not resolve anything and worst support. Even a simple request turns like an highly impossible task and finally you will get a straightforward answer that sorry for the inconveience and its primary responsibility of the traveller to ensure everything is correct.
Save yourself the headache and do not look for cheaper price, Book directly with the airline. Avoid BudgetAir at all costs.
