Just received a burgundy leather belt strap from Buckle my Belt, with which I am delighted. Beautiful colour and quality of leather. It joins a collection of belts I have already from this company. I will use Sam Browne studs to transform it into a designer belt at a fraction of the cost if I were to purchase the same.

Beautiful belt. Well made and quality leather and buckle. I would buy again.

No delievery. Never received tracking information after multiple requests

The advertised turnaround time was 3 days, so when I had heard nothing in 2 weeks I looked at some reviews on here (should have done that first) and feared the worst. To fair though, they did return my phone call and apologised for the delay- due to supply issues from Italy or something. Eventually my belt arrived and first impressions were good. However, after wearing the belt twice a rivet has dropped out. Now buckle my belt are ignoring my emails. Very disappointed.

You would get a better response if you just take the value of your order out of an ATM and deposit it in the nearest bin,then just walk away and forget about it.

I havent purchased from this company but after seeing negative reviews, I did some digging, the UK company Buckle my Belt Limited was dissolved in January 2025. On their website they say they are a registered company under no 14803249 this relates to a company called Belts Un Limited- which was dissolved in May 2025. Buy at your own risk but raises alarm bells for me....

Ordered a "dark tan" belt. Got the belt - no issue with the delivery times. Would question the quality of the belt for £45 but that's not the best bit. The "dark tan" colour is pretty much light yellow!! Light tan at best. I wrote to them and all they could say is "that's what we have as dark tan in our workshop"!! Serioulsy guys - just buy some basic shoe polish. Compare light tan and dark tan and tell me if you are right or I'm right. Shocking. Clearly belts by colour blind people!

Decided to purchase belt inspite of negative reviews as I could not find what I wanted anywhere else. Placed order on 10 Sept 2025 and received belt on 17 Sept 2025. Belt is absolutely perfect. Very happy customer.

Horrible Service Takes 2 Months to Receive belts and there was Add Extra Charges Avoid At All cost this Company

They been reported to local authorities in UK

6 months after order confirmation and payment I still have not received the goods and will not respond to emails.

Do not bother using them.
I ordered a belt 6 weeks ago have received nothing and no replies from constant emails requesting information.

Good quality 2inch leather belt that was exactly as ordered. Arrived 10 days later.

Avoid dealing with this company, not sure if they are a total scam or just hopeless but you will not get what you paid for or get a response.

I have been trying in vain to get a refund from this company since January. They charged me for an order that was never dispatched and which I subsequently cancelled. I have emailed them repeatedly, phoned and used their online chat, all to no avail. I have reported this business to Trading Standards and have raised a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered from them over a month ago. Never received a tracking number. They ignored my emails completely, and when I tried calling them they gave an obviously fake excuse about how “their shop just moved and everything is a mess right now”. Despite the obvious lies, they promised to ship my order out by the end of the week by the end of the phone call. 2 weeks after this phone call, I still haven’t received my order.

Don’t waste your time with this company!

Shocking customer service. Don't bother!Ordered 3 belts and loops. After 10 days of hearing nothing, chased for another 10 days sending emails every day.
No response. Raised a claim with PayPal and within 3 days had a notification of shipment.
Belts arrived but faulty. Escalated claim with PayPal who upheld my claim.
Don't use this company, hopeless.

What went right this time !!!!!!!! Oh please absaloutley nothing AGAIN giving update to previous review ,oh they got intouch get this now they have know knowledge now of me or my order placed 2 months ago . How this company sleeps at night .... oh I know all that money but no product I could open a shop like that ,for heaven sake NOBODY DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE now I want FULL refund it's a lot of money to me and all the other orders they messed up .Update next week wish me luck for my money ....

This is a fraud! They to my money and have not replied any of my mails. I have reported them to the police for fraud.

Eventually they did send me a belt but declared to the customs the value of it was 469 GBP instead of 30. It would have costed me three times the belts value just to pay for the import so I had it sent back.
