Fantastic service highly recommend

The great team of three from Buckle and Jones lead by Ricki arrived shortly after 08:00 hrs and the work of replacing two doors front and back and four windows was complete shortly after 15:00 hrs.
They tidied up after and were extremely polite.
The "Can Do" attitude came through very strongly.
Some minor adjustments to the alignment of the front door have been already completed. At my request an annual check in early Autumn each year to ensure mastic sealant on the outside remains intact and doors and windows operate correctly. I have also requested to be made aware of the appropriate cleaner for both door surfaces so that I may obtain that from Buckle and Jones. It is fantastic that a local Carlisle business is driving quality standards forward.

Having over the years always turned to this company for issues I’ve had concerning locks and keys, I called on them today to ask if they could repair my front door, it had dropped and wouldn’t lock late last night. After stupidly watching a few YouTube video after midnight I proceeded to make it even worse to the point it wouldn’t even match up with the frame. Anyway, I cannot thank them enough, they were busy but managed to pop round between jobs and sort everything. Even took time to explain what was wrong and what he was doing to sort it. The service was as good repairing my door as they have been over the years of lock and key issues I’ve had. Would give 10 out of 5 if possible.

They were prompt and efficient coming to measure up for a quote, but it has taken nearly 8 weeks for the quote to arrive, after several unanswered emails and phone messages.
I am upgrading the rating now that the quote has come through, thanks, I suspect, to my initial review.

Very disappointed by the appalling customer service provided by this company, which was recommended to me by a friend, I called them up and explained the problem with my Garage Door, they said they would get an engineer to call me. I heard nothing for 6 days then an engineer turned up at my house without booking an appointment. I was in the shower and missed him. I called him back as soon as I found the missed call, he said he would try and get back if he could and would get the office to call me, they didn't.
When you ring it goes straight to a voicemail, I have left several messages and sent a couple of emails and got no response. Ignorance is something I don't tolerate, it winds me up. Customer service is none existent.
Good communication with your customers is the basics of running a business.
Very disappointed. Leaving this review is a last resort for me.

First rate attention and service. The stock is excellent and the help and advice exceeds expectations. This really is the place to go to for locks, door handles, etc. And although they have real expertise they treat novice DIY people like me, with respect! Thanks.

Called buckle and Jones after being let down twice by another company. Arranged to call in on his way home (same day) as we live in same town. Cannot fault the service at all and wish I called them first. Highly recommended. I have another garage door needing fixed so I will definitely be calling again when we decide to do it. This excellent, well-established company repairs and supplies quality garage doors. I was lucky enough to get my old door completely refurbished by two very professional and highly innovative and motivated engineers, thereby saving me a lot of money. I would wholeheartedly recommend Buckle & Jones from Carlisle to anyone who has problems with their garage doors. If they cannot fix it for you, no one can. What a find!
