Bubble Rentals  Omdömen

Probably the best car hire experience I have ever had!

We had originally booked with another company who unfortunately cancelled our booking the night before!! Suspect price gauging 🤬. Left us scrambling in a now booked out and otherwise incredibly inflated car hire market.

BUBBLES to the rescue 🎉. The team went over and above to secure us a great car at an affordable price. They literally went out and bought a car for us to use for our holiday! How amazing is that! They could have jumped on the inflated 11th hour bandwagon but they treated us with friendliness, curtesy and genuine desire to help. They saved our holiday 🤩.

You guys rock and will forever recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bubble Rentals Auckland Airport are awesome! Definitely 10⭐️ Excellent customer service from all staff. My plane ✈️ was delayed and then my daughter and I got lost, they rang me and picked us up from where we were. No extra charge for the toll I went through. Our flight ✈️ back to Perth was the next morning and they offered to drop us off at our motel. We had an excellent vehicle cheap on gas nice to drive. Awesome price, friendly service! I will definitely be back to rent a car off them again.

The people behind Bubble Rentals make this company great. VIP car rentals , the Agent for Auto Union cars did not pick me up. I was stranded at Auckland Airport at night and rang Bubble Rentals, when other rental companies were closed or had no cars left.
Mr Bubble came with his friend in a taxi to pick me up. "I'll be there in 5 minutes he said, don't worry" He arrived opened the door to the taxi, put my luggage in the back and within minutes I arrived at their office. The opened their business for me when others were closed. I sat down, and felt very welcomed with a bottle of water and some tissues. I had a great little economic car and on my return, I had the same great guys to pick me up. There were no problems, everything went very smoothly and I will be happy to recommend them to everyone.

We had the most pleasant experience dealing with Syed from Bubble Rental Cars. Our flight was delayed many hours and Syed still executed a flawless booking process. He was able to book our car for us while we were having issues booking, our mind and hearts were at ease knowing an honest and reliable owner of the company was able to assist us with booking a Mitsubishi ASX.
Syed and Mohammed stayed back 3.5hours after our original booking time to ensure we were sent on our way safely.

Thank you so much for all your help and assistance tonight Syed and Mohammed we would highly recommend your services.

Thank you once again :)
