Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with
Simple as that this is by far the worst insurance company I’ve ever been with.
They make it incredibly difficult to get reimbursed for basic medical consultations.
Every time, they come up with new excuses and request unnecessary documentation that was never needed before.
It feels like their main goal is to avoid paying rather than supporting their clients.
After multiple attempts and repeated justifications, they still delay or deny reimbursement for legitimate medical visits.
My honest recommendation: avoid this company at all costs.
If you're in Lithuania and looking for health insurance, look elsewhere.
This one is the worst I’ve encountered.

Literally a scam 😲
We used BTA to insure the car last year, but as the prices became unreasonbly high and the reviews were not so good, we decided to switch to Lietuvos draudimas instead. However, when BTA's manager called us and we said we're leaving them, out of curiosity we asked about the terms and they assumed that was a "confirmation of a deal". We obviously forgot about this, and in a month they sent us threat to engage bailiffs.
It's not about the money, it's about the thieves and scammers still working on a legal basis. Beware of them!

After accident they sad its nor insurance think and you will get nothing... and also treting with loyars and cort to not post anythink on them in sosial media. They are liers who just want to steal your money...

Cool guys, helped with with travel insurance and a claim.
Quick response from email requests.
but one issue!, BLOCKING BY IP address!
Why is that?
I cannot buy car insurance, because I am not in Lithuania by IP address!
just because i am in Ibiza, Spain and my car insurance is expiring soon, does not mean you can block my insurance quotes!
does not make sense!
