If I could give zero stars I would. I have never dealt with such a rude and abrupt person as the "lady" who answers emails (eventually!) and it's as though they don't want the business! They also lied to my daughter when she bought a house through them, told her it had been a managed let and they had all paperwork etc. - turns out that was complete rubbish, it was not a managed let and they had nothing. Once the sale had gone through, they lost all interest.
The company are awful, staff here lie constantly to rope you in then let you down. Avoid
