I contacted a few solicitors ahead of my criminal damage hearing and came away feeling like a burden. They were very blunt and seemed disinterested in giving me the time of day. Jim was completely different. Right from the first phone call before I had even instructed him, he genuinely seemed to care. He listened and wanted to understand both my case and me as a person. I was very stressed and anxious about going to court, and the empathy and understanding that he showed is what made me instruct him.
