I was amazed at how attentive they…
I was amazed at how attentive they were. I purchased software over the weekend, in fact a holiday weekend. I ran into some trouble so I sent out an email and was expecting a reply in the following weekday. To my surprise they responded that very day! Not just a mere form email they had actual people investigating this and gave me a concrete answer that fixed my problem! It goes without saying their prices are amazing but it’s great to know that their customer service is even better!

Your proberly reading this along with all the positive reviews thinking they have a ton load of positive reviews it should be OK!Right?? Wrong
= Well can tell you from our experience that we paid for the software / keys. However when we was expecting to get them straight away they decided to play games and say that it will manually need to be checked so we gave them the benefit of waiting over 24hrs for them to sort. Now they want to fuc us around and we cant access the account under normal means. They "reply back to you From Steve on the contacted form automated chat bot . If they reply to this they will proberly say check my spam etc although this has alsready been checked and no promises have been fulfilled. This is a 1 man or women scam band who are alternating who they scam or who they dont based on the reviews and sums involved. They also have been paying people to provide good reviews based on our checks to win your trust.
We would defintly suggest using another provider as this is a well put together scam who arnt smart enough to do anything big enough like take back from goverments / banks but instead they have very little inteilliginace and steel money from individuals.
The only thing they dont know yet is whats now gonna happen next- as you now have my attention! So I suggest you return all the money that you have taken from people otherwise use your f*** imagination!!Твоя мать сосет тупой член, проверь свой спам-фильтр, ублюдок, мы тебя уничтожим

Bottom line…I’d purchase other services…
Bottom line…I’d purchase other services again.
The negative side: I purchased a MS Office Suite and the redemption key provided did not work. I submitted a request for help, which took 3 days to receive. A new key was provided which also did not work. The third time was the charm and everything worked just fine,
The positive: In the end, customer service was able to remedy my issue and follow up timely. Additionally, they offered a discount on future purchases. Not necessarily needed, but appreciated.

Purchased keys 14th January. Install instructions were incorrect and not aligned to Microsoft working practices. Since then I’m getting same error message on attempting to activate and whilst Brytesoft’s support Bot is very charming it is also hopeless. I just keep getting the ‘we are escalating your case with our technical team’. So here I am 8th February no working MS Office, Project and Visio and out of pocket. Oh and a set of keys that will time expire any day now. Whole experience with Brytesoft has been a huge disappointment.

Ordering from Brytesoft is a simple process. You find the product you want, enter your CC information and buy it. Then download the product from Microsoft. Enter the product key they provide and you're done. On a previous product, when I migrated to a new computer I needed a new serial key to install. I emailed them, and they promptly provided one. Good customer service.
