After receiving my order I was charged 2 weeks later again. I complained as I didn't make this order and asked them to reverse the charge and take me off their mailing list. I had to accept the second charge as they'd already sent it. To my shock I was charged again. These people are rip off. Their product is ok but very expensive and I only wanted to try it once. Beware giving them your credit card.

Worst experience I’ve had buying anything online. Bad customer service r, BS business practices. Within 2 weeks of ordering the first product to try, these guys shipped me two other products without confirmation or interest. Customer service was no help. Original purchased took over a month to arrive.

How does 1 person go thru 2 full tubes of toothpaste whim a week??? I can’t so why would a company assume I needed more even before I received their first tube???

Awful company!!!

Switched after reading about hydroxyapatite and its remineralising properties. Six weeks in. My teeth look slightly whiter and feel stronger. The sensitivity I had with cold drinks has pretty much gone.

It foams just enough without overdoing it, not that aggressive squeaky clean sensation that dries your mouth out. Just clean. Been using it a month and I won't go back to my old brand.

My teeth stained form years of coffee. Started using these and after about ten days the staining was visibly lighter. Three weeks in and I'm really pleased with where they're at.

One star is too generous! I bought toothpaste and after that bought for my daughter as well, had it shipped to Holland. Before it arrived I all of a sudden received more without ordering, do I contacted them questioning why. They told me that I had agreed on a subscription as I made my first purchase??? I have scanned ther websight and there is nothing saying anything about that at all! I cancelled my subscription and contacted my daughter to ask her to do the same, and she did. Two days after the cancellation they withdrew money from my account for her "subscription". We have both written to them, but I don't know how to get my money back....

Been avoiding fluoride for a while but struggle to find a fluoride-free option that felt like it was actually doing something. This one does. My mouth feels clean and my teeth are less rough-feeling than they used to be.

I have recording gums and exposed root areas which makes sensitivity a constant issue. This has been one of the few things that's actually helped. My dentist was the one who suggested hydroxyapatite and this brand specifically.

Terrible company, they trick you into a subscription, I paid for a one of payment only and they took money out of my account which is basically thievery. I wanted to try it. They said no refund. Do not buy. Or support this company. They do not look after the customer base which is terrible

Absolutely atrocious company
I received my toothpaste and it had black hard pieces within it!
Instantly informed them with pictures. After 2 months they reluctantly agreed to give me a 70% refund WHICH I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED. they completely ignore me repeated emails

AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAM MERCHANTS

I wouldn't give even one Star
They changed me 40 pounds for an item and 4 pounds for delivery,
They didn't deliver and they telling me they can't do anything
How discussting this is, they take no responsibility

I made a one off purchase and a week after that purchase they charged me again for the same product at a higher price and put me on a subscription.

After an initial response from them via email when I queried the pending payment, they have gone dark and will not respond.

They are a complete scam.

My mouth actually feels clean. I also love the flavor, its not too strong and overwhelming. I can already see a difference with whitening.

Scam!!! More than one month waiting for item to arrive and still not yet shipped. Also, they dont answer the email for a refund.

Waiting for a refund, and it's taking more than a month to get it. The client's support stopped replying my emails 2 weeks ago...I'll try to force the refund through my bank, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to retrieve it.

Husband ordered two tubes of toothpaste for around £20. We were then charged £43 one week later for more toothpaste that he did not sign up to receive. Total scammers. Now trying to get a refund through our bank. Avoid at all costs.

Scam, scam, scam! After making my initial purchase they put me on an automatic subscription to receive tooth paste every month (without my consent). They charged me two months in a row without me knowing. The craziest thing is that they charged me over 50 euro for one toothpaste! After that I tried to get a refund and they wouldn’t refund my money!

I got scammed too! I ordered BOGOF for £19 then after it was delivered a few days later I noticed £43 was taken from my account for a subscription I did not sign up for! I've been trying to get my money back from these scammers for the past two weeks by contacting the so-called 'customer service' team via email but they are incompetent and useless!
Thank God I have the power to block them taking any more money from my bank account, I just wish I came here first to see the reviews before I ordered from these scammers!
Their ads need to be removed from YouTube permanently!

A one star is too generous. This company is a complete scam. I’ve waited three weeks and still nothing.
Tried to track my order and check their website, nothing seems to exist under that name any longer. Fortunately I paid by CC so I’ll be perusing a refund and despite not signing up for a subscription, I’ll also be making sure they don’t attempt to take further payments. Avoid buying from not so Bryte labs. You can buy similar toothpaste from more reputable companies.
