Avoid the Bruvi coffee machine. The coffee tastes like plastic, the app rarely connects, and it’s not even clear when purchasing that you’re signing up for a recurring pod subscription. Huge regret buying this machine.

Truly wonderful team and great coffee. We've been so pleased with our Bruvi experience -- the machine is easy, functional, and makes a great cup of coffee. And, to top it off, they have a great customer care team. Would recommend a thousand times over!

I was shopping for a new coffee maker to replace my Keurig that was over a decade old and ran across Bruvi. I read reviews and how it works and thought, ok, this is cool so I bought it and to my surprise it was and IS really nice and worth the money. You cannot use K cups but they offer a basket similar to what Keurig offers. The model I bought came with 20 of their pods. I tried the app and brewed a cup from my phone. Definitely 100% recommend!!!

I love my Bruvi coffee machine. I use it every day for espresso or coffee. I often use the hot water feature as well. I love the app and the simplicity of this single-service machine. How did I live without this in my life? Thank you, Bruvi for making coffee great again!

Epic coffee machine! I’ve gone through A LOT and none have features like this one. Big plus- the features don’t glitch and are super simple to use! Just a push of a button and you got your super fancy and personalized coffee 🙏

I had an amazing experience with Bruvi! The customer service was truly stellar—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in customer satisfaction. Leana was especially helpful and went above and beyond when I needed assistance, keeping me updated all along the way. In a crowded coffee market, Bruvi is a rare gem, delivering both exceptional quality and a personal touch. As far as pods go, my favorite has been Black Onyx. You’d be missing out if you didn’t give them a try!

Customer service was top notch. Gotta bad batch of pods and they rectified it in short order. That is how you do it. Love the product. Love that I a make Americano's. Great machine.

I really liked my Bruvi and the options it provided, but we were having an issue with it and they did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of. It is freaking that a company stands behind their product like this!

The Bruvi coffee maker is a really innovative product. The design is visually appealing and it's easy to use. There's a delicious broad range of coffee flavors to choose from. I love coffee, own a few brewing machines, and Bruvi is by far my favorite!

The low acid brew option has enabled me to enjoy coffee regularly again. On top of that they have awesome choices for coffee. Looking forward to the tea options as well. I use it every day sometimes multiple times a day that’s the best feedback I can give.

I haven't had my Bruvi long and I don't drink coffee every day, but I sure enjoy the quickness of it and also the fact I have options, like hot water for my tea. It is a very neat and clever machine.

I love my Bruvi! I used to spend a ton of money each day on a latte. I don't do dairy, so it was over $6/day it was getting annoying. Now with my Bruvi and a $35 milk steamer I can recreate a better latte/mocha at a fraction of the cost!

Impressive machine, lousy coffee! I tried most of the B-Pods available for the Bruvi machine and I was very disappointed. The Coffee tastes almost like plain water. The fact that Bruvi does not offer the option of 4 Oz cups (which Keurig does), contributes to the coffee-water ratio issue. I just ordered a reusable pod, and I'll test it with my own coffee.
Another issue is the slow shipping method; it took 11 days for the machine to arrive. Bruvi charges double the price (or more) than similar machines, yet they choose the cheapest/slowest shipping method. (At least give the customer an option of paying for faster shipping).

Update: Bruvi did offer to get a discounted shipping label for me, which was about $42 instead of nearly $100, which was nice.

I still think the return policy should be more obvious, especially since it's so expensive to ship. But they did help, so I changed my rating.

I bought Bruvi as a gift, and the recipient cannot use it. Unfortunately, Bruvi doesn't offer return shipping, so I have to choose whether to return it and pay nearly $100 to ship it back, or I can give it away (or try to sell it for local pickup). I understand they say they can't afford to pay return shipping, but if they aren't going to do that, perhaps they should make buyers aware in an obvious way before taking their money for a $400 machine.

A great coffee machine. Brews quickly and allows you to customize in many ways. Lots of favor choices. Very happy customer.

This is a very unique coffee maker. Good engineering and options, as well as smartphone capabilities . The coffee pack has great variety and a clean smooth taste that wakes up my brain. And the sale price was the icing on the cake..

This is an update to my previous 5 star review for Bruvi. After really loving this machine and using it , I went to reorder pods. I assumed they delivered pods really quickly like Nespresso ( almost overnight with a carrier ) but they do not. Your only option for pod delivery is USPS which like the worst carrier ever in my area. Theft is rampant. When I tried to reach CS about this , no one answered the phone ( bad ) and I had to email and ask if there was a different carrier I could pay for that was faster and actually reliable. Fed Ex ? UPS ? 3 days later I got an email that told me I could " call my Post Office " and ask for doorstep delivery of my order. This my friends , divides the men from the boy in terms of top shelf anything ( products ). Can you get overnight delivery ? In this case , for a very expensive machine that uses an exclusive pod , they only ship via unreliable dinosaur USPS. Additionally , they rely on Zen Desk for sloppy customer service. Bummer. I looked on Amazon was was able to get same day shipping of pods through them. Is Bruvi shipping pods through Amazon ? if so , good but the CS never told me that . If not , they are going to lose their pod business to Amazon's spectacular same day delivery of coffee when you need it.

I love the versatility of this machine in such a sleek design. I had a keurig but I didn't like how long it took for the coffee pod to brew. With the Bruvi as soon I hit the start button it starts brewing it right away. I can make anything from iced coffee, americanos, brew espresso and I can customize my coffee by choosing the available settings such as hotter to make my piping hot or low acid if I want less bitter coffee. I contemplated buying a nespresso machine but they're so expensive and I can only make one type of drink. But with the bruvi I don't need to buy a bunch of expensive machines. It's an all in one. The large water reservoir ensures that I don't have to refill the machine every single time I brew a cup as you have to do with other machines. Since I got it, I've saved so much money because now I make my iced lattes at home that taste just as good or better than Starbucks. I love that the pods are bigger than other machine's pods and I can feel good about using them because they're eco friendly. I'm very delighted with my Bruvi and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a reasonably priced all in one coffee maker.
