J' ai commandé la bruchea toujours pas reçu. Bruchea paris me dit qu'il sont en rupture de stock l or de ma commande elle était disponible. Le suivi de ma commande vient de Chine et bloqué depuis le 23 mai. J' ai plus confiance

My Brushea came and I charged it. It worked for about 2 weeks or maybe 10 uses. Then it quit … the lights came on but no one was home I.e. no go on heating up or the proper sequence of lights according to the instruction sheet, which was very confusing and vague!
I reached out to the customer service email and after several notes I got a reply saying that I was probably not using the correct charger. I sent photos and a video of what was happening and no reply until I reached out again and said I wanted to return it. I finally heard back saying it would cost me more to pay the return postage than it was worth but they would offer me a refund of 30%. I did accept the 30% refund and after reading the other reviews on your site I wish I had done more research before ordering from Brushea! I’ve learned my lesson!

J ai étais prélever,puis plus rien ,pas de réponse au mail et pas de commande

It doesn’t charge as it should. Also it doesn’t get hot! I sent 5 emails, 3 were asking for return process and only got automated responses. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRUSH !!!! It’s a ripoff!

Ordinata spazzola il 20 agosto,nessuna notizia sulla consegna.Il numero di tracciamento spedizione non dava risultato.Dopo piú di un mese dibattesa, ho chiesto l'annullamento dell'ordine ed il rimborso. Tempi di risposta molto lenti. Inaffidabile,totalmente sconsigliato

I ordered by mistake and told them immediately within 24hrs. I was told nothing could be done and I had to wait for delivery. A month(!) later it arrived, one line of my address had been duplicated and so nothing had been done until I chased my delivery! One the day it arrived I emailed and asked to return and refund (which they already knew I wanted) to be told it wasn't possible and only eligible for 10% refund. I will be taking this to the proper authorities as it is absolutely disgraceful behaviour. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

cette société est totalement malhonnête;
la brosse ne marche pas; je les ai contacté et ils refusent de me rembourser malgré la promesse de bénéficier d'un essai totalement gratuit;
ils me proposent un remboursement de 30% alors que cette brosse va aller à la poubelle car ne marche pas du tout!!!

This company is horrible do not use them. I ordered the hair brush pro and it won’t turn on. Contacted the company and after troubleshooting didn’t work I asked to exchange it. They said I can’t exchange because I got it on sale. Refused to refund me if I returned it. Kept saying it was their policy for ‘discounted’ products but wouldn’t send me a copy of the policy. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

30 day return policy is bogus! The response I received from Customer Support was first a "sincere" apology for my inconvenience and then a refusal to issue a refund for a product that did not work for my fine hair. At first they said that they sent the "exact" product I ordered. Then they said they do not issue refunds for discounted orders. This was one of those add-ons that companies offer after you buy at least one product at full price. So the whole ordeal was like a "bait and switch" move. Then they offered a 10% refund and said that they hoped I would be happy with that! I am not interested in "wheeling and dealing".

After 10 emails and several pictures, I get no response on how to return a product. I have a tracking number and a purchase date available. The product is NOT the one i ordered AND it doesn't work.

Acquistate 2 spazzole l'8 giugno,arrivate il 20. La merce non è marchiata, non c'è nessun logo, sono andata a vedere su Shein e lo stesso oggetto costava meno della metà. Allora ho immediatamente mandato una mail per avere istruzioni sul reso. Mi è stato risposto che non accettano resi sulla merce scontata.Merce cinese carissima.Non comprate!Sito truffa.

I purchased from this company as a gift. Unfortunately, the product never arrived and tracking said it was “undeliverable” and “returned to sender”. No explanation as to why this happened. I immediately reached out to customer service to find out what went wrong. After several weeks of trying to get an answer and a refund, I was told that they were not responsible for refunds when it is a delivery issue. Apparently “customer service” is not in their vocabulary. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company!

This arrived - looks amazing but does not get anywhere near hot enough to do anything to your hair! Totally useless - what a total waste of a product. DO NOT BUY!
