Brusby Surveyors Ltd Omdömen

Would highly recommend Alistair at Brusby Chartered Surveyors. Everything from the initial conversation, pre-survey information, transparency of pricing was to drawer. It was evident from speaking with Alistair that he is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and well qualified.

We were buying an older property so wanted a thorough survey and this is what he delivered.

The quality and detail of the survey report he provided was hugely helpful and gave us real peace of mind.

High quality service and excellent venue for money.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very detailed report completed on time, even taking the time to talk me through on a friday evening. I would highly recommend.

Great communication quick response.
Everything explained clearly.Very friendly.

Very thorough and efficient. Brusbys were recommended to me and I can see why. No stone was unturned and I feel confident in the results.

The written report addressed the issues relevant to our proposed loft conversion, and Alistair explained these to me over the phone.

Friendly and professional. Very prompt service and great communication both before and after the survey.

Friendly, Helpful and Professional Service

Our second RICS Level 2 Report from Alistair. We needed help with a no chain purchase at short notice and he was able to help in these time tight circumstances. A detailed verbal report followed by the written report with further help and advice. Very happy to recommend Alistair.

Alistair was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He went through everything with me and answered any queries I had making everything much easier for me to understand.

Professional service with no fuss, able to make informed decisions based on the report Alistair provided

This is the second time we’ve used Alister and we were not disappointed. First class, professional and puts together an excellent detailed report.

The survey was done when promised. The report was received within the stated time. Have had promises made and not kept so I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the service

Great service. Really appreciated getting a telephone call to run through the survey report before it was issued. Nice touch. Would recommend

Alistair was brilliant from start to finish, investing time to ensure we received the right type of report and that it delivered what we wanted / expected. He spent a long time on the phone walking me through the property and key points of note before the report was ready. Would recommended.

Brusby Surveyors have gone above and beyond to help me make a correct decision about purchasing a property. After an extremely long drawn out affair with a property I was given help and support throughout. Finally I have the right property thanks to the honest, efficient, thorough and quick service of Brusby Surveyors. Thank you.

Professional, transparent and invaluable service.

Thorough and detailed surveyor. Very impressed. Would definitely use again.

It was another well documented survey and Alistair very kindly gave us a verbal update which we found very useful. Alistair has undertaken other surveys for us and they have always been of the highest quantity. Very happy to recommend.

Alistair Brusby was helpful from the very start and demystified the survey process and saved me money on a more expensive structural survey. There was a telephone report and an online copy of the survey.

We found the report we got was very in-depth and informative and easy to understand. This help greatly to make our decision on the property we were about to purchase
