Brusby Surveyors Ltd Omdömen

Alistair was very thorough when inspecting the buildings. He was very willing to explain the issues & remedy's to eliminate water ingress.
The report he produced was very clear and a fair assessment of state of the buildings. I would have not problem in recommending Brusby Surveyors.

Alistair managed to fit our survey in at short notice. The provided report was delivered within the agreed timescale and was easy to read and understand. It helped remind us of things we still needed to ask and was of sufficient detail. The cost of the survey was a little higher than I had expected to pay but getting a good survey was the important factor and I went with the reviews.
Would have given 5 stars but cost was a little high.

Alistair was amazing from start to finish. From our initial enquiry to receiving the report he explained everything thoroughly. We would highly recommend. Thank you 😊

Excellent service and great customer service. The communication from start to finish is first class. We had a RICS level 2 survey and the quality and level of detail was very well presented in the documentation provided. Highly recommended!

I had a couple of conversations on the phone before the survey took place. Alistair was very helpful, honest & professional.
Alistair spoke to me before I received the written report and went through a few areas of concern. He certainly opened my eyes to some problems that we had not even noticed.
He sent a very thorough comprehensive survey RICS level 2
We can’t thank you enough for all you have done.
Excellent all round

Alistair was great. Explained his fault detection process clearly and in “layman’s terms” so I fully understood the issues and what remedies were available. Would use again and recommend without hesitation

Very helpful

The survey was easy to arrange, great communication throughout and excellent report. The report was very thorough and to the point. Everything was explained before during and after service. Would Definately recommend!

A very friendly, knowledgeable and professional service offered. Thank you.

Alistair provided a detailed level 2 RICS report on a property we intended to buy. The report is extremely thorough and provided an insight into the potential problems and made us wake up and take off our rose tinted spectacles. Many thanks for the report and our chats.

Alistair came through in our hour of need. He completed the survey within a week, spent a considerable amount of time surveying the property and produced a very thorough and extensive report. He then followed up on a few questions we had, after reading the report. Very helpful, professional and amenable.

I am absolutly really happy i went with Brusby Surveyors they did an excellent job. This helped me make my decision to purchase the property. Thank you.

We were very pleased with the level 2 home buyers report provided by Alistair. The detail was far and above what we expected for the level of survey. We were particularly happy with the ease of access to discuss areas of the report we had concerns with. Definitely a five star service.

The level 2 survey was very thorough, detailed and helpful. Our follow up questions were answered clearly. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I had an outstanding experience working with Alistair at Brusby Chartered Surveyors. From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and impressively thorough. Alistair took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise.

The Level 3 RICS Building Survey was delivered quickly and was both comprehensive and easy to understand. It proved extremely helpful in supporting well-informed decisions. It’s evident that Alistair takes great pride in his work and is genuinely committed to providing top-quality service.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alistair to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy surveyor. Absolutely deserving of five stars!

We recently asked Alistair at Brusby Chartered Surveyors to carry out a survey at the house we are purchasing. Though the house is reasonably new, it had some unique features and had suffered a high level of wear and tear during being rented out. I had a very helpful initial chat with Alistair where we discussed potential issues and worked out the suitable level of survey to be carried out. This was arranged easily, and once complete it did highlight several issues (some that we hadn't spotted) and helped us work out a plan for repairs & maintenance. The report received was very well structured and informative, with detailed photos and descriptions. Alistair was also always available on the phone to chat through any particular issues. Highly recommended.

Alistair was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his reporting back to us.

From the first phone call Alistair was honest & reliable. He said he was busy but said he would do the job.... surprisingly very quickly in the end. Did a full report & talked me through his findings, explaining it to me. I would 100% recommend his work, honesty & reliability. Thank you for your help.

High quality level of survey with a detailed yet easy to read and understand report after it.
