Alistair went out of his way to make a call to me to give some very helpful advice regarding my property and put my mind at rest. Thank you very much Alistair, would definitely recommend!

The report prepared for us from Brusby surveyors was very comprehensive and easy to understand. The whole procedure was explained at the outset very clearly, to enable us to make the right decision about which type of survey to have and we were also given the opportunity to discuss the contents once the survey had been completed. Would recommend.

Alistair Brusby is professional, courteous and very helpful. The survey was comprehensive and my follow-up questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.

Thorough inspection and explained everything over the phone. Great service

I had a RICS level 2 house survey done by Brusby Surveyors and found Alistair to be very professional and helpful. The report was clear and thorough and gave useful recommendations. I had a follow-up question and it was answered speedily and again very helpfully. Happy to recommend their services.

Great prompt service with detailed report.

Excellent - comprehensive, detailed and informative survey. Cannot fault!

I have nothing but good things to say about Brusby. Comparing them to a survey I bought a few years ago from a larger National company when buying my first house, the quality and information was brilliant.

I had a lengthy call with my surveyor Alastair a couple of days after the survey where he takes me through his findings, he was very thorough and helpful. Got the survey a few days later which included annotated photos and detailed reports of each aspect of the house.

Overall really pleased and very impressed with the quality of the survey, it was well worth the cost and I’d definitely recommend!

An outstanding example of how to run a business and help others.
I was recently let down by a surveyor leaving us in a difficult position with our house purchase and after posting on a house buying group I was recommended Brusby Surveyors.
Unfortunately when I spoke to Mr Brusby he was booked up until late June but he took the time to advise me on what I should be looking for and recommended me some other reputable Surveyors.
Although he wasn't getting any business from me it was refreshing the level of help he provided me so I can only imagine the great service his customers get.

Due to his recommendation we are now sorted and I can't thank him enough.

Again, truly an outstanding example of how to run a business and help others.

We opted for a Type II survey on an old house. Alistair explained the process to us, undertook the survey and provided a full hour's worth of verbal feedback following his visit. The report he produced was comprehensive and required little further clarification. Well worth the time and money involved.

Very satisfactory & informative survey & follow up advice person to person.

Alistair was very helpful and efficient when it came to producing a report on our future home. Our circumstance was very awkward and we needed specifics but Alistair was very happy to help and got this done in good time. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks for the survey. The report was helpful in pointing out to seller the defects.

Great survey report and customer service.
