Browns Pharmacy Group is a family owned business of eleven pharmacies across the Midlands from Kings Norton to Hinckley. Our first pharmacy at Kingshurst was purchased by Walter Brown in 1980 and since then we have grown steadily. We believe strongly that our purpose is to provide our customers and patients with high quality service in dispensing and supply of medicines, pharmacist consultations and by offering good value products that help make people feel better. The environment was clean and well-organised, and I appreciated the efficiency and care provided throughout. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable and convenient blood test service.

Highly recommended in every way
Fantastic pharmacy. Been going to yardley wood for years. All the girls are so friendly and helpful, kind and considerate. They definitely go above and beyond. Such a clean environment to. Lots of choice in products for such a small shop. If they haven’t got it they will order it. Never had any issues with these marvellous ladies x

Nightmare COVID 19 jab
Nightmare went for a COVID 19 jab I was waiting to go in when an elderly lady came in 5 minutes after I arrived for a prescription and they asked if she wanted to do a health check survey which obviously they get paid for so she is brought in and I’m stuck for 30 minutes waiting for my vaccine I asked what was going on and was told that they were doing a health consultation so I need to be patient when I finally got in I asked the pharmacist what happened and she went red in the face and said she had to do pharmacy services what ever that means so yep never going back there again wouldn’t advise anyone else to get a jab there either

Used to be a really good Pharmacy.The blonde/grey haired woman behind the counter has no customer service skills whatsoever.She is rude and speaks to customers like something she has found on the bottom of her shoe. Bad attitude altogether even people outside the Chemist were talking about her. Needs to go on a customer training program or get rid.
