Unfortunately the garden seat we ordered was badly damaged in transit , I was so impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of Jo, she was genuinely apologetic and immediately set about arranging for collection /replacement as well as keeping us informed throughout
I would have no hesitation of recommending B&G the seat is beautiful and despite being let down by the courier she worked her magic

Absolutely fabulous! My order arrived super swiftly with very efficient order process information. My order arrived extremely quickly- quicker than expected tbh given the current lockdown situation. I ordered a pale pink bust which is absolutely delicious so I can't help but urge you to buy from this amazing small business. At any time it is, I believe, important to buy from small businesses but particularly atm. Small businesses can only flourish with excellent products and customer service - this is Brown and Ginger

Quality items thanks
I ordered 5 items which were delivered very quickly despite the pandemic restrictions. The mint green fleece throw is super soft and vibrant. Perfect for snuggling by the wood burner of an evening! I also ordered the fish print and pineapple metal tins. These tins are delightful and will make lovely gifts for my friends. All quality items at a fair price. I will definitely be shopping with you again and it feels good to support a small UK business. Thanks!

A Work of Art
I ordered a hand painted flower garden stake. It arrived within 24hrs. The quality of the product is fabulous. Vibrant red coloured flowers and burnished leaves. It is absolutely beautiful, I'm delighted. A real splash of colour in my garden and designed to last.

A little Gem
We were looking for some bits and pieces for the home and having exhausted the big national retailers we came across Brown & Ginger. Not only is there lots of choice, but their ranges are very unique and fabulous quality. We ordered two items which arrived within 24 hours and we couldn’t be more delighted. Our log basket has been put to use straight away, albeit I am informed by our kitchen department that the cutlery can’t be opened yet as we are ‘keeping it for best!’ 🙄 We will definitely be shopping with you again soon. Thanks for the great experience.
