Big Apple Classic
I ordered the ticket, but was contact the next day to call a Customer Service Representative. My ticket was changed, the day of the game. I present my confirmation code. The box office, told me that wasn't good enough. I had to recall your Customer Service Representative again. I was never sent a PDF file. Not sure if I will use the service again. I am currently a season ticket holder at the Barclay Center never had a experience like this.

Good and fast service
I purchased tickets on line for an upcoming concert and when doing so I always wonder if I will get the product / service, etc...on time especially regarding tickets of any kind. I got the tickets the same day and was so excited that I won't have any stress waiting for them to come.

Number one go to for tickets
Girl I took my Grandaughters to see Frozen on Ice at the Barclays Center at the last minute and I booked my tickets with Brooklyn Box Office and they came through for me. Everything was smooth and hassle free from start to finish and we had a ball the staff on the phone was so courteous and knowledgeable I would book with them again for other events. Loving and memorable service.
