I bought two products however they were the wrong size.
I sent several emails asking how I could return them with no response. Eventually Helen did respond to my email because I marked it PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL.
My email was responded to that same day.
I now have instructions on how to return the goods and work out an exchange.
