Lauren made a wonderful Samba tour with us. She led us to places we would never have found by ourselves. She is a wonderful person who is openminded and comes in contact with people very easily. From visiting a favela to dancing samba in the streets to attending a Carnival rehearsal at a distant samba school, Lauren showed us sights and sides of Rio that we'd never have found on our own. She also arranged great drivers for us and was really knowledgable about the city and how to navigate it comfortably. Lauren's friendly, positive personality makes her immediately feel like an old friend. She was absolutely the "special sauce" for our memorable time in Rio.

Casa Bromelia is a amazing concierge service I would recommend to all! They are extremely knowledgeable of Brazil and cater to all your vacation desires. The Bed & Breakfast is so beautiful with a location you can not beat! The swimwear they sell with Brazilian styles and patterns is so super sexy & flattering on all bodies with a material that is very comfortable. I suggest calling them and start planning your Brazilian escape! Live it up world!

Lauren and company are absolutely top notch if you're looking for an authentic, fun, exciting, and unique experience in and around Rio. I know Lauren from San Francisco, where she was in the bar/service industry and always knew the perfect places to go, things to do, etc. She took that skill and applied it seamlessly to her new home in Rio. She simply has the uncanny ability to know how to show people a good time. And she's an amazing person too! There are not many people like her out there. My wife and I had the best time with Lauren at a samba street party in Rio. To start the night, Lauren gave us a tutorial in making caipirinhas, followed by a quick samba lesson to get ready. The party was in the coolest little cobblestone alleyway with a live band and the best caipirinhas in Rio (other than Lauren's). We had the best time dancing the night away with Lauren and our new Brazilian friends. It's the kind of experience you hope to have on your Brazil trip but would never have found without Lauren's help. Plus, Lauren is a blast to hang out with. Lauren's knowledge of Rio and the surrounding area is exceptional. She truly has a passion for this city and she wants to share it with her customers. As first timers to Rio, she helped my daughter and I navigate through the city recommending restaurants, cafes and sights to see that gave us a well rounded cultural experience. She communicated clearly how to get around safely. We used her airport transportation and it couldn't have been any easier. We were picked up outside of baggage claim and dropped at our airline in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful time in Rio last Christmas. Lauren hosted us at Casa Bromelia in Ipanema beach, a perfect spot in Rio. Every morning she cooked us a delicious breakfast and had it waiting for us in the living room. Fresh papayas and other exotic fruits, home baked organic cakes, vitamix smoothies, all so delicious! It was my husband's first time in Rio and it could not have been any better! She took my whole family (four adult children) to the samba round and we experienced the time of our lives. Can't wait to go back to Rio and see Lauren again. Highly recommend!!!
