Amazing customer care!
I was thoroughly looked after by Marcus from start to finish. He took the time to explain things to me that I was unsure of and took me through the processing of re-financing my car step by step and supported me throughout. Amazing service, thankyou so much! I will be using them again in 3/4 years for my next car without doubt!

Very efficient and professional always going the extra mile, made a change having someone who cares about their role within the company. Had a few finance companies in place to do my search but Brocar stepped up to the challenge and got results after speaking with Marcus and his helpfulness I ditched the others. Credit wasn't perfect however was accepted. Brocar were absolutely first class searching lots of different cars. They found me a beautiful bmw 4 series, within two days I was at dealers and now a very happy man, I couldn't of asked anymore from them. Couldn't speak highly enough of them.
