Bought tickets from Broadway Direct back in July 2024 for the musical Redwood for April 26,2025.
They sent me a confirmation email but never sent me the tickets or a link to get the tickets.
I forgot all about the show because I never received the tickets.
I have seen about 100 Broadway shows in my lifetime.
First and last time I will ever purchase from Broadway Direct. Please use Ticketmaster or Telecharge for Broadway shows.

I had a deeply disappointing and costly experience due to misleading information provided by their customer service representative, Amanda. I mistakenly selected the wrong date for a performance and realized the error just minutes after completing the purchase. I immediately contacted Broadway Direct via email to request either a reschedule or a refund.

Amanda responded by advising me to let the performance date pass without scanning the tickets, and assured me that I could follow up afterward to seek a resolution. Trusting this guidance, I followed her instructions.

However, the day after the performance, Amanda reversed her position and informed me that, because the show was popular, I no longer had any options for a refund or rescheduling. This sudden change felt like a classic bait-and-switch. I’ve since tried to appeal for a reconsideration, but my emails have gone unanswered.

Had I been accurately informed from the beginning, I could have at least transferred or sold the tickets at a reduced price and recouped some of the $1,050 I ultimately lost. Instead, I was misled and left with no recourse.

This experience has not only been financially painful but also deeply frustrating. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing tickets through Broadway Direct.

Please do not buy any tickets from this company.
I mistakenly bought a ticket for a New York theatre instead of a Sydney theatre, and they refused to give me my money back, which doesn’t make any sense since I don’t live in the USA.

The Hamilton website is not specifying the location.

We won the ticket lottery for September 18th 2024 performance of Lion King and we paid immediately. They will not give out your tickets (via email) until 1 hour before Showtime! They sold our tickets 12 hours later and reneged on the lottery deal! My young sons were crushed!

Very crooked outfit!

I ordered 2 pair of tickets and managed to get the second pair of tickets for the wrong date. The lovely Ellen at customer service swiftly assisted me, reimbursed the money and we have now rebooked the second pair for the correct date.
Highly recommend, excellent customer service!

I spent $400 on tickets. They were for the wrong date. They offered to replace them but every time I tried to take them up on their offer they denied me. 3x

First ever experience in Broadway. Very professional staff and efficient. Super clean facility and intermission and scenes are always on time. Wicked was amazing and I recommend everyone of all ages to see it.
