Do not do business with this company, very very bad customer service, don’t answer emails no phone number on the website, when find their phone with lot of struggle to make complaint that , they have send wrong items , still waiting to get replacement, when I asked why you don’t have phone number at website he replied if we provide phone number at websites lot of people will call us , it mean thay only interested to get business but don’t care about customers ahh what a shame , now I am going to apply for charg back
I just realised that their company name is Ginco not the Britnuts,so it is again no clear information for customers who realy they are oh cheaters

I placed an order for 10kg of popcorn kernels, but I only received 9kg. The packaging was extremely poor and it was not sealed properly or packaged in a secure way, which meant there were huge gaps in the box where it was not taped up. This meant that a package had gone missing before I received it.

When I contacted the company and opened up a dispute they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I will not be ordering again from this company based on my experience.

Good quality products, packaged well, good ‘use by dates’, over a year. Prompt delivery, would had been 5 stars but only getting free delivery when you spend over £60 is too high a threshold.

The nuts that I bought from Britnut are very nice , delivered in record time,I will get some more sun, the kids love the roasted hazelnuts

these fruits and nuts were poor quality and nothing like the pictures shown on the website im very disappointed by what I received. !!! the nuts were dry with no flavour. apricot small on size, very hard and tasteless.

Great quality nuts & quite reasonably priced. Delivery was within 2-3 days which is great. Definitely recommend.

Products are very poor quality. I bought apricot so dry tasteless ,small in size. Cashew nuts are completly different than what is advertised. broken and small in size. Flax seeds very dry.

I'm not happy about your serving!!! My cashw i payed it wasn't on my parcel and pumpkin seeds it was old, yellow, small and bad test!! So many time i send the email but no one answer me what you want to do?????!!!!!please some one answer me ?

Better quality and lower price than in shops

I bought cashew nuts and almonds . They were of great quality and excellent value for money. This is my third purchase.
