My platinum experience
From my first contact to receiving my finished order was an absolute joy. The customer service was first class with the help from Jon I personalised my album 💿 and within a matter of days I had the finished product. Which I must say the pictures on the site don’t do it justice it looks amazing in reality…..Absolutely love it …fantastic quality and well finished presentation topped with great customer service and a good price.yes I highly recommend the gold record company without a doubt.. col.

I cannot recommend this company enough
I cannot recommend this company enough. Wanted a personalised gold disc of our 50th wedding anniversary. This was accomplished with help of Jon and the team. Received, well packaged and received prior to our anniversary. Absolutely blown away with the quality and professionalism put into it. My wife and I absolutely loved it. 5 stars plus.

Ordered the Oasis 3x disc trio (DM, WTSMG, BHN). Couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the package. Simply stunning, the presentation is immaculate. Can’t stop smiling when I look at them. Please do even more Gold Record Company!! What an amazing product!

An Amazing product ,
Wow is the only wordI could utter when I opened the package with the War Of The Worlds gold disk inside , I have bought this for my Granddaughter's 16th birthday as she has recently seen the show and has been in love with the music for many years . Excellent items and amazing service
My husband was missing a number of framed disks - these are for his band and I wanted to get these for his 60th birthday. I’d previously been given the details for a different company whose customer service was far from desirable. I came across The Gold Record Company after an online search and straight away after a quick webchat, Jon was able to assure me they’d be able to get these made for me, kept me up to date throughout and they all arrived on the day of his birthday; I’d only first got in touch a week before!
