Bad Customer Service Again wont be going again

Fabulous company, they had what I wanted at the right price, postage wasn't ridiculous. There was an issue with the website product description but they sorted it out for me quickly and happy to see that the web description has been updated too! Will use again

The items we wanted were in stock and reasonably priced. We ordered online and our order was ready quickly and the pick up process was very fast and convenient.

They were quick and had promptly let me know when my order was ready to be picked up

Ordered 2 fruit cakes had 1 upgraded to a whiskey fruit cake both fruit cakes are absolutely delicious well made moist out of this world taste will order from them again they are the Muttz Nuttz well done.

I would give a negative number if I could. Drove 45 minutes from Uxbridge to pickup an order that was placed online. They claim a women came in two days after the order was placed and picked up the parcel. It wasn’t me! They claim this person had the right order number and knew what the parcel was!!! I am a single mom with two boys - and no one knows I even placed the order! It’s their word against mine, I’m without a special gift for my two boys and currently out $52 for said treats!! Will never shop there again! After my experience, I’m hearing the owner is as rude to others that have stopped shopping there as well. Very sad for a local business.

General store for English products

The staff are good people

I would have given this place a perfect rating because I was happy with the online ordering process and the products available (given it was only days left before Christmas)...however when I went in person to pickup the order, the lady who was behind the counter was completely miserable. She was exasperated/grumpy about how busy the shoppe was (and it was busy). The thing is, you are lucky to have the clientele and should be grateful for the booming business after what I'm sure was a tough pandemic. I was really turned off. Either cheer up your staff or swap them out before I return please :(

Many items ordered were not received even though they said “in stock” on their website. Don’t believe what’s on their website for purchase. They kept saying “next week”, “next week” but after waiting more than 1 month, I requested my money back for items they had listed as in stock on their website but we’re unable to get as I had to purchase them elsewhere.

No money has been returned for items I purchased months ago and no responses to the emails I’ve sent asking for resolution. Shamefully poor customer service.

Called ahead and they accommodated me with a same day order. Great service.
The mini Victoria Sponges are delicious.

Ordered, got a message shortly after it was ready for pickup. Picked up the next day great.

I placed an online order. I instantly received a phone call to let me know the special they had on at the time so I could take part in it. My order was prepared right away after that and ready for pick up. I'm very happy with the customer service.
