Great advice and fantastic service
Went with Harry Britannia Financial Services from after carefully checking other Mortgage Brokers as I was a first time buyer and have to say was best decision I made in this whole house hunting process. Harry advised me and managed to find the best deal possible for a mortgage that I could not find through anyone else. He was very patient and extremely helpful no matter how many questions or concerns I had as I had no prior experience in buying a property or even know where to start. I have recommended Harry to other family member and friends who have said the same thing. Thank you so much.

Great service on a tricky request
I was recommended and worked with Harry Sandhu of Britannia Financial services. This was after working with three other brokers having 8 offers all of which had failed.
It was by no means a straight forward request. We were moving the ownership of a portfolio of properties from my mum into a family LLP due to illness.
We ended up getting three mortgages through Harry. Two for the LLP and one for my own house. The whole time Harry was super helpful, gave lots of options and thought outside the box when needed. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond and communicated in a clear and concise way.
As I say wasn't a simple set of transactions and Harry, I felt, went above and beyond in liaising with the lawyers and the bank and the estate agents when needed to ensure that everything got done and the creases were ironed out. And I feel confident that i got the best products on the market the the time.
I look forward to growing our family property business with Harry's help and will be recommending him to friends and family.
