Britfix repaired a pair of Brainwavz Alara headphones that others including Brainwavz (no longer in production) weren't even interested in having a look at. Britfix received the headphones and had them returned in a week. Absolutely brilliant.

Thank you, James! Glad we could get it repaired in time for Christmas. Much appreciated!
Absolutely incredible service
I brought in my studio monitor with a broken power switch, expecting it to take days. Instead, they fixed it in around two hours, and I had the speaker back in my studio within three hours of dropping it off. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were.
The communication was clear, the repair was done perfectly, and the price was very fair. It’s rare to find a shop that works this quickly without compromising on quality.
If you need any audio or electronics repairs, I highly recommend Britfix. Proper professional service — I’m genuinely impressed.

Normally I do not comment on any service rendered. But to-day I want to offer my genuine appreciation for a competent and fast repair of my integrated receiver PS Audio Sprout 100 which conked out a week ago. The power supply was kaputt. To-day the unit arrived here at my home in Bavaria and now once again pleases my ears with classical vinyl music. Feeling very much indebted I simply lift my hat!
