I like the item, it fits well, and was a reasonable price. I was expecting it to be despatched from a British warehouse, but I possibly didn't read the full description, I didn't find the tracking system worked too well, there were large gaps in information, then rapid updates very quickly. I don't like the British courier that did the final delivery, their tracking was shoddy, and they hav no way of contacting them, except email, where you have to wait up to 72 hrs for a response. I would, overall, say this was an "okay" experience.

I ordered hoodie lest we forget and it didnt look like the picture at all very cheap and i ordered medium and its massive ive asked to return it and had no responce .

Excellent service all arrived exactly has I expected. The hoodies are lovely and well worth the money. Will be passing on details to others.

got back sorry with can not refund you put the money back on credit onto your account plus 8 pound more
so not £60 down not happy

And still no confirmation of goods being delivered. Absolute scammers

Easy to order ,variety of designs ,colour was exact

The sizes for these shirts is incorrect, I am normally a 3xl, but as a precaution I ordered a 4xl, however when the shirt arrived (which took about four weeks) even the 4xl was very tight, and then guess what, there is nowhere to return them to!
The print on the shirts is fantastic it's just the sizes that are wrong, so if you need A 3xl,your better off ordering a 5xl,so I guess I had better lose some weight if I want to wear my shirt

The item is stunning, fits perfectly and arrived in good time for Rememberance Day.

The package took some time to get here but that’s understandable as it was coming from the USA. Delighted with the top and the print is superb ( not a cheap transfer ).

They only got one star as I have to select one.
Wish I’d read the reviews before I made a purchase!!!!! I would not trust this company.
Firstly, they overcharged me by £5 which I emailed them about. Was told I’d get it back but didn’t!
Item took ages to arrive and when it did it was nothing like the advert! It was cheaply made. Picture was blurry and the material was cheaply awful and not worth the price!
I messaged them asking to return it and asked them not to give me an offer, as I want my money back but they came back with a £6 credit, I refused. They sent me an email saying they have explored all possible solutions (still ignoring my return request), so I sent them a screenshot of their 15 day return policy and thats where the replies stopped! I ended up asking 5 times for return details, which were ignored.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE ARE FAKE
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards to be investigated and
Also contacting my bank as I believe they are fraudulent!

The product is fab , it just took a long time to arrive !

Took a while to arrive.but was sent tracking information all thd time. The t shirt is great. So glad I have such a fitting tribute to an amazing actor Tim Curry R.I.P.
Will be very happy to wear it especially as the Rocky Horror is my all time favourite film.

Do not trust anything written on this company's website.
Firstly they state UK MADE, they're a Chinese company.
Secondly they discuss shipping out of the UK but my order is coming from America.
Thirdly they initially overcharged my bank by £7 claiming clerical error.
Finally and most importantly, they refuse to cancel stating that the order has been processed and it is too late to stop it. Time between order placement and cancellation 15 minutes, this included my email asking about overcharging me.
So false advertisements, blatant disregard of online purchases law by a Chinese company operating out of America.
