Some frustration but now resolved.

Misunderstanding over opening hours led to some frustration regarding a refund which was not completed. Hopefully this is now resolved.

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused.

I can confirm that your refund has been issued. The delay was due to the Christmas and New Year holiday period, when both our office and banking processes were operating more slowly than usual.

Our office has been closed over the holidays and will reopen on the 5th of January, which is why you did not receive a response to calls or emails during this time. We appreciate this is not ideal and apologise for the lack of communication while we were closed.

Great selection and reliability

Great selection, quality and reliability. My roman blind fits perfectly and looks wonderful. Fortunately the fabric was still available; I had bought curtains 6 years ago and have re-used them in my new home.

Great customer service

We ordered blinds, curtains and a curtain pole from Britannia Rose. We were extremely happy with all of them. The curtains and blinds were well made and the measurements were correct.
There was a minor issue with the curtain pole but Britannia Rose rectified this very promptly and without any quibble. How a company deals with problems is often what sets them apart. Britannia Rose provided great customer service before, during and after sale and their products are great too

Gorgeous Fabrics and a Lovely Company.

I purchased a cushion and some material for one of our bedrooms, and both are absolutely beautiful. I was very spoilt for choice with so many gorgeous fabrics on offer! My order arrived very promptly and was packed carefully. The service was excellent all the way through. Thank you to everyone at Britannia Rose.

Awful

Ordered 2 fabric samples, only 1 arrived. I assumed the second one would follow but after 3 weeks I called Britannia Rose to be told it had been discontinued and was unavailable. No one had bothered to tell me this. Similarly, I later noticed I had been charged for both samples but again it was left to me to contact them to find out that yes, they were processing a refund for the missing sample. The communication has been appallingly bad, and the time I wasted meant that I'm now too late to get new curtains in time for Christmas in my newly decorated sitting room.

You should have been informed straight away that the second fabric had been discontinued, and you should not have had to chase for an update or discover the issue yourself. If you would like to choose an alternative fabric, we will be happy to send you a replacement sample free of charge, with priority handling so there are no further delays.
