DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP (not cheap£) TAT FROM CHINA YOU CAN’T RETURN AS COST SO MUCH. Sandals, plastic wedges, not even same colour, insoles plastic not even stuck down, total tat… based in CHINA.. Needs shutting down.. puts you off buying off sites, this was on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM. Learn from others mistake

SCAM COMPANY. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Chinese. Not in Bristol or the UK as presented. Probably all Ai pictures. Delivery took almost 4 weeks with Yodel (not Royal Mail as claimed). 4 pairs of shoes. All plastic. Not leather. Absolutely awful quality.Hard. I wouldn't have paid even a pound for any of these shoes. Not orthopedic in any shape or form. Do not look like pictures shown.
I ordered size 4.
3 pairs are a 3½! Can't get my feet in any of them, and imagine that my feet would be broken even if I could, due to poor manufacture and materials.
Packed terribly and all crushed, no boxes, bag with holes.
Customer service (when I actually got a reply email to the many I sent) came at 4am and didn't answer any questions. My mistake for not doing due diligence and proper checking. I never leave reviews, but felt in this case it was imperative.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned

I also wish I had read the reviews of this awful company. Like others I ordered sandals which were shoddy plastic and the wrong size and took over 2 weeks to arrive. When I contacted them I was told I could return to China and have to pay the fee. Or keep the shoes and get a 15% refund. They were the wrong size. This is a dreadful company and I think they should be exposed for the scam they are running. I didn’t want to give them any stars but couldn’t write a report without giving one. Be warned never buy from these people

I wish I had seen the Trustpilot website before buying shoes from them. They look like anything but leather as they say on their page, and smell horribly. Not happy at all. Not even trying to have a refund, it took 2 weeks to get them and they maybe will refund...when they get the shoes back (which I need to pay).

If you want to order poor quality goods from China go direct. I checked the website and it infers that its a UK company with UK royal mail delivery. Easy returns, easy refunds. No, its cheap quality goods shipped from China. No way to return in the UK. This is borderline scam territory. Refusing to give refunds on goods and asking that they are shipped back to China at the customers expense. Disgrace, they should be ashamed

Awful company. Products seem cheap until you get the piece of garbage they send you. Absolute sham. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Customer Services is a joke as they want you to send the product back to China which is expensive before a refund is given. They keep offering you discounts but these are still not enough, as the product is such poor quality!

This company is a scam with a fraudulent website offering customer care and returns. The shirt I ordered looked nothing like the photograph and it was really ugly. After several emails to and fro to the company I am still not able to return and get a refund.

Would give zero if this allowed me too. Do not buy from this company. They advertise as being in Bristol but I tried to return a really poor quality pair of shoes to be informed they’re in China! I can’t get a refund and these shoes absolutely stink of chemicals. Been offered 20% refund! Be warned.

If you don't need to return your item it may work otherwise there is no return policy on the web-site and no information on how the return to be done. You have to contact the customer service and only then will find out that return is back to China! There is no free return or return to UK. So you may need to pay almost half the price of the item for return. Either be sure that you don't need to return it or look for other companies to purchase

Ordered sandals, waited 3 weeks and nothing like the picture on the advert. Cheap plastic nasty looking sandals and in the wrong size. Their website makes out they are based in Bristol but they are in China. I wanted a refund but they said they would send me the correct size if I pay £18 and I get to keep the wrong size sandals!

The product was awful and there was no way of returning it without incurring costs.

Shocking quality. Misleading marketing and website. Took advantage of a vulnerable family member with their misleading ads on Facebook and delivered really poor quality, plastic "shoes". After a little bit of digging, they are clearly drop-shipped products from China, the exact same items can be purchased from AliExpress (where this company likely dropships from) for £3. They have even stolen the images from the Ali listing. You can search on AliExpress for item number 1005004295702115, for the full specification of the shoes. They are NOT orthopaedic, and the manufacturer makes no such claims, only this dishonest seller. The "premium leather uppers" are actually made of Polyurethane (plastic) and the rest of the shoe is PVC (more plastic), I doubt they conform to UK safety standards either.

There's nothing wrong with cheap shoes, if you want something to wear for "rough-and-tumble", sure, go and buy them for £3 from the Manufacturer. Please don't get scammed by "Bristol Threads" or any similar drop-shipping scammers.

I received a pair of sandals that are the wrong size and which I do not think match the photo or description (orthopaedic). I contacted them to ask for a return address and they have emailed several times but not provided the address for the return and therefore the refund. I am still trying to get my money back and it’s very poor indeed.

Dreadful quality, total scam from China. Do NOT waste your money on these fake plastic Rachel shoes.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Same issues as others who have left reviews, sandals not leather, very cheap plastic. No indication company is based in China. Offered me 15% refund, then 20% and suggested I gift onwards!!!! No full refund unless I return to China at my cost, which is clearly cost prohibitive. No indication on website that they are a Chinese company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have referred the matter to Trading Standards and reported on Instagram

Yes my order was delivered but far from the standard you advertise … clearly not leather and very poor standard compared to your marketing . I intend to take the matter forward . Looked at reviews now and they say exactly the same .
Shame on you guys who are ripping off vulnerable customers . Negative feedback and I WILL take this further !
Clearly I now learn that you do not make it easy to return … no return label included and you expect scammed customers to foot the bill .
I have disabilities and your products claim to be orthopaedic… not … yet another scam .

Laughable quality! Goods are nothing like the pictures. Impossible to return or refund. NOT IN UK! SCAM. I feel so stupid for ordering. BEWARE. I will update this review if Bristol Threads allow me to return goods and refund me.
